Archivist Notes: We have a channeling session that is both fun and informative with a double helping of Omal due to a lack of speakers. So a large portion of both sides A and B are knowledge filled from the questions he answers. Tia is our night's ring mistress who starts things off by explaining the benefits of telekinesis even though her specialty is psychokinesis. It's a skill she would've seen demonstrated on the base no doubt more than once. She does answer a question about the family from Durondedunn which does need some explanation about who they are. They come up occasionally in channeling sessions and they are a family of scientists whose capsule was picked up at a later time than was Tia's. She next survives a couple of my bad jokes before putting on Karra. From here we get more serious as we discuss the biomagnets that the two of us had ordered. I was working on a perpetual motion device while also working on the healing benefits that we could explore. On a related matter she explains how the cavities in the brain can be used to soothe the brain when coupled with certain resonances such as Gregorian chants. We wrap up our conversation with our concurrence that the octave of her voice is nearly identical to mine which makes it hard to separate the two. Speaking of separation, it's Omal's turn to take over from Karra and so things now take a more studious note. A question I come in from a visitor to our website about the Council of 24. Omal explains that it isn't higher than the Council of 12 but a lower counsel that deals with other issues. The three other topics we cover are the keys to staying young when the world around us tends to ages quicker, how the music and Rush Limbaugh are change the society, and the potential benefits that could come from the invention of a perpetual energy device. All the above topics were things we covered in the past but we were always working on new ways to approach the problems. That left our last person on the first side be the only guest speaker of the night who was up next. Lyka was preparing to ship out on a mission but a little matter of a tri-base ski tournament to participate ahead of time. Her plans to compete in the super G would depend on how she did in the tryouts taking place the next day. It always seemed a little sad at times before Lyka was set to ship out and this is no different. She relates that she had full-size holograms done of her that she was getting to Mark, Tia, and Kiri. Also part of the preparations were that the mothers in her unit who had recently given birth had arranged for others on the base to take care their children while they were away. That was one of the interesting things about the Sirian Defense Force, most of the members were women though the reason why was never fully explained. From there we switch over to side two where Omal is answering a question about our friend Carrie.

As side two get started, Omal and I are discussing Carrie's challenges of finding a place she could call home as he that she is a missionary in the task of spreading happiness and joy. My curiosity then turns to trying to classify the energy of a light body. His answer is very succinct and clears up the question masterfully. He defines the light radiating from the human body as astral energy. It explains, he says, the white halo effect around people who can partially see the human aura. Others with patience and practice can see colors as well. We switch topics as he uses an analogy to answer a question on what the world's consciousness would be like if. He has me go to the wall and turn off the light switch before turning it back on again. That would represent the waves of consciousness going dark and then returning once again. That led to a question that surprised the heck out any when his answer about our next dimension after ascension being the sixth as I always assumed. But with the fourth dimension time and the fifth dimension space, it made total sense that the correct dimension would be the sixth. Even more amazing, we learn our planet has a twin on the sixth dimension waiting for those who ascend to populate it and begin new lives. We also explore the aftermath of the ascension and the two groups who would be splitting off from each other. It would be the end of a cycle that would begin again with some staying on the third to continue the cycle with the others who made the jump to sixth becoming the root gene pool. It would be the completion of a goal set by those who came to Atlantis which he confirms they failed to achieve. We finish with a discussion about the coming collapse and how choosing what is right or what we perceive as right is choosing a side. Not choosing a side but picking a middle path to avoid conflict would be the way to go. He signs off in his usual way as Kiri now makes her way to the channeling field after I was under the impression she wouldn't be able to channel tonight. With the session being close to over, she only spends five minutes channeling but what we go over ties in with earlier conversations on biomagnetic healing. We discussed placement on areas that might be hard to work with where attaching magnets might be hard to arrange. The session proved to be one that we had been waiting for that had Omal explaining about the earth to come. We're glad it finally made it into the archives.

Russ: let's see, there we go.

Tia: okay.

Russ: so how come he's got hiccups and you don't?

(Tia says something quick again in Durondedunn)

Tia: does that answer your question?

Russ: yeah.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: unfortunately I don't quite understand it. It doesn't answer the question in a way I can understand it but I'm sure in Durondedunn it does answer my question.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: right.

Tia: hmm?

Russ: Durondedunn, funny language.

Tia: your language is just as funny to me.

Russ: well it's just as funny to me too actually.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: I've never been able to understand all the words. All right, this evening, what is on our list of fun things we're going to be doing tonight?

Tia: well there's........guess.

Russ: well I know Kiri's not in.

Tia: ohhhh, aren't we good? Two and two equals 3.999999999999.......999999999.

Russ: very interesting thing about the scanning session, huh?

Tia: uh-huh. Okay, who do you think is going to be in?

Russ: Karra.....

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: and Omal.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: another one? That would be Alana. There we go.

Tia: okay. Well I shrug my shoulders at each answer.

Russ: well then that's good enough for me.

Tia: okay. That's for the benefit of Mr. Kite.

Russ: oh good. Okay, now, about a year ago.......

Tia: yeah?

Russ: we talked about doing some tape on telekinesis.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: now telekinesis gives you benefits.....

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: but what are some of the other benefits of telekinesis?

Tia: telekinesis, bending things?

Russ: I mean for one thing, I can't see the benefits with the use of telekinesis.

Tia: well what if you want to go into business? Let's say you want to produce corkscrews. Let's say you're trapped out in the middle of nowhere and you want something to bend at a right angle to make let's say a tent.

Russ: okay.

Tia: or, if you want to build a pyramid and you have straight copper tubing, you can bend it using your mind.

Russ: hmmm. Now on that particular session we got a lot into the PK side of it.

Tia: uh-huh, which is my specialty.

Russ: right.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: now have you ever done any studying on the TK side?

Tia: nope, don't know how to.

Russ: okay.

Tia: well I know how to bend certain organs but that's about it.

Russ: certain organs?

Tia: you don't know very much about Durondedunn anatomy, do you?

Russ: well I've never had a chance to study it actually.

Tia: no, and I'm not going to let you either.

Russ: now what is the story on the Durondedunn family?

Tia: they're doing fine.

Bus: oh good. Do you have any news from them?

Tia: no, nothing yet. They're just settling down and doing a lot of scientific study carrying on from where they left off apparently.

Russ: oh, that's good.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: let's hear this joke.

Tia: oh yes, the joke.

Russ: this guy is hitchhiking to Washington DC and it got to a point where cars won't stop for him and when they do they'll ask him if he's a Republican or a Democrat.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: and he'll say he's a Democrat and the car will just speed off all of a sudden.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: and after about five times of this happening he's getting sick and tired of it. So the next car that comes up is this beautiful, sexy lady with her blouse hanging sort of open?

Tia: a little bit like mine is?

Russ: uh-huh.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: and she says, "are you a Democrat or a Republican?" And he says, "I'm a Republican" she says. "okay, get in". So he gets in the car.....

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: and the car ended up going down the road and as they're going, the blouse, because of the wind, blows open just a little bit more.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: exposes kind of a bit of her breast there. The dress between her legs kind of blows open a little bit exposing more of her thighs and stuff and he says, "pull over, pull over, you've got to let me out ". She pulls over and asks, "why, what's wrong?" He says, "well, I've only been a Republican for five minutes and I'm already trying to screw someone".

Tia: I don't quite understand it but it sounds like fun anyway.

Russ: okay, last one then.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: all right, here we go. What's the difference between capitalism and communism?

Tia: I don't know.

Russ: well with capitalism, you have man trying to *&^$% over his fellow man.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: whereas with communism, you have the exact opposite.

Tia: nope, sorry, lost it.

Russ: Mark will explain it when he hears the tape anyway.

Tia: ahh, okay.

Russ: all right.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: we're all done with jokes.

Tia: and I'm at totally the opposite mood.

Russ: that's right, you just had yours a little while ago.

Tia: uh-huh. Do you know what I want to do?

Russ: I can take three guesses. Hey anyway, after a girl is done with her period, is that when she can get pregnant the easiest?

Tia: nope, 14 days after. It's right in the middle of the cycle.

Russ: oh, right in the middle of the cycle?

Tia: uh-huh. But the curve goes like this. As you get closer to the point of ovulation and then you go back down the other side.

Russ: ohhh, okay. I see what you're talking about.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: okay.

Tia: and as I'm not ovulating at the moment.

Russ: yeah, you don't ovulate for one to four years, right?

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: oh, that's good for Mark.

Tia: yeah.

Russ: so how are the kittens......or.......?

Tia: thank you. They're not kittens anymore, they're Cubs because they're walking. They are fine.

Russ: okay.

(Indistinguishable)

Tia: uh-huh. She's getting much, much better. She only has accidents occasionally like the rest of them do when they get excited.

Russ: hmm, okay.

Tia: uh-huh. Now I suppose you want me to put somebody on, huh?

Russ: only if you want to.

Tia: hmm, okay. Anyway, I've got to go and adjust myself. My panties are kind of getting a little bit wedged.

Russ: okay, I shall see you shortly.

Tia: okay.

Russ: bye.

(Tia leaves with a phrase in Durondeddunn and a hum)

Karra: okay, let us get down to business.

Russ: okay, I'll be quick. All right, first off, we're going to work on those magnets.

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: okay. Now then, am I going to go ahead and suspend those?

Karra: no, you're going to put them into a semi-circle. That's why they're flexible.

Russ: right.

Karra: now they're all magnetized on the same side, correct?

Russ: uh-huh.

Karra: good, okay?

Russ: okay. So, now with those magnets, let me go grab a couple.

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: all right, now with the magnets here.

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: okay, now they are flexible.

Karra: uh-huh. Now, if I've got this right, you would have them in a circle something like thus.

Russ: okay.

Karra: it's actually Kiri the one that's working on the perpetual energy.

Russ: right. Well actually you gave me some tips on it too.

Karra: and you put something in the middle here and you'd spin it and as long as they're the same......let's say these are North and North here, right?

Russ: uh-huh.

Karra: you have to put the north in there and spin it.

Russ: okay.

Karra: now there is another use for magnets.

Russ: uh-huh, true. Use them as biomagnetics.

Karra: exactly.

Russ: okay.

Karra: and there is another possible use for them at the moment to help to alleviate aches..there.

Russ: oh, on the knee.

Karra: uh-huh, and they are red again.

Russ red? He hasn't been using them.

Karra: what, his knees?

Russ: uh-huh. Okay, I'm not exactly sure which sides are the problem.

Karra: well it was an experiment.

Russ: okay. You said the white sides repel.

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: so that would mean keep the black sides in on the side of the circle, keep the whites out.

Karra: that's right,

Russ: okay. So, now in using these for the knees....

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: will these be kept on for a while then?

Karra: yeah, overnight type thing.

Russ: all right, now, we were talking about the fact on a tape that I was going through....

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: about the cavities in the brain.

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: and how the cavities in the temples and the third eye respond to certain tones such as humming resonates....

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: and enhances them. But on the tape we don't have it clear what exactly what you mean by what happens when they are enhanced? What are the purposes of these cavities?

Karra: well these cavities are very soothing. When the resonance sound is created, it's very soothing on the brain and it can help you to think clearer. Okay, hum.

(Russ hums)

Karra: up.

(Russ hums at a higher octave)

Karra: now, do you see how that feels?

Russ: yes, it's so much more.

Karra: good. See, it varies from individual to individual but if you vary the frequency......

Russ: uh-huh.

Karra: it does have a resonance or you can say words. For example, I believe Gregorian chants would be very soothing.

Russ: right. So singing Gregorian chants would be very soothing?

Karra: right.

Russ: listening to them would be okay but not as good as singing because you're not getting the full effect.

(Karra hums)

Karra: right.

Russ: in fact, there is a group of pseudo-monks down in LA who sing Gregorian chants to the tunes of various hit songs.

Karra: that I would like to hear.

Russ: they do Elvis Presley with Gregorian chants.

Karra: okay.

Russ: and do rock around the block and various chants. Okay dear, that's it.

Karra: oh, you want me to go now?

Russ: oh, you're me rushing through this as if you had to be somewhere.

Karra: no, I'm just thinking about the next person that will come on.

Russ: is she coming on now?

Karra: I think she should be coming in a few minutes now. You are coming up tonight, aren't you?

Russ: well yeah, I don't have to be at work until ten tomorrow so I have some extra time. So what I might do is maybe not come up tonight but tomorrow morning instead.

Karra: okay, wake us up.

Russ: absolutely.

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: and, speaking of that, the other day when I was up there with you and Alana.......

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: and the kids.

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: now I definitely heard someone crying in my brain.

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: who was that? That was Michael?

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: crying big time. I can't get you that clear but I hear them crying.

Karra: well when you have a full diaper......

Russ: uh-huh.

Karra: and it is cold and wet, it's very uncomfortable.

Russ: now, is one of the problems for me hearing you as clear as Mark hears Tia and Kiri is the fact that your voice is pitched just so low and that it's so close to mine I can't tell the difference?

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: Tia and Kiri is like........and you're like way down here as close to mine as I can get.

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: when you're talking it sounds like me talking.

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: it's hard to tell the difference.

Karra: uh-huh. I'll try to pitch my voice a few octaves higher but I cannot guarantee I can think in higher octaves.

Russ: well I don't think it's something we can correct just yet.

Karra: no. There is a way of getting me to talk in a higher octave.

Russ: what? Maybe surgery.

Karra: no, it doesn't include surgery, it just includes me sitting astride you and going up and down a few thousand times.

Russ: oh good. The information's coming through and that's the main important thing.

Karra: yes, it's the most important thing.

Russ: I can work with which of us is talking as long as I've got information.....

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: and worry about the rest later.

Karra: yes. Okay, I'm going to go.

Omal: greetings and felicitations Russ.

Russ: greetings Omal. Our ring mistresses is otherwise occupied?

Omal: correct.

Russ: okay first off, what I want to do is from Bev Vestri?

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and she was asking me something about a Council of 24.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: is that a Council that goes up higher then..........?

(I'm speaking of The Council of Twelve)

Omal: no, it is actually a lower counsel that deals with slightly different issues.

Russ: oh, okay. Now, she wanted me to ask you if.....

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: Raya is this person named Athena whom Athena's apparently Ashtar's twin.

Omal: not exactly, no. It is more of a soulmate.

Russ: okay.

Omal: this is a resonant frequency that they share that is close enough.

Russ: oh, okay.

Omal: yes, the wording of the question is very difficult to understand. If I understand correctly, Raya is asking if she is (indistinguishable?)

Russ: right.

Omal: and at this time she lacks the comprehension to be close enough for a linkage to occur.

Russ: oh, I see.

Omal: unfortunately, Raya is still very concerned with the third dimension and being.

Russ: right, well she's still working on a goal, she doesn't have a purpose. And even though you and me and everyone else is telling her what her purpose is.....

Omal: she doubts herself.

Russ: she doubts herself.

Omal: and that is the first step she has to overcome.

Russ: is this just age that does this?

Omal: yes. She is self doubting. She is doubting that her body is starting to fail so therefore the self-doubt is there. "Is my body strong enough?" And it is not so much the body, it is the mind.

Russ: ahh, I see. Yeah, she's worried she's going to lose her memory and things like that.

Omal: correct. But it is unfortunately one of the side effects of age.

Russ: that's true. Now one thing I keep noticing is that I don't seem to be aging much. I was expecting all this aging process to start taking place, I'm almost 35......

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: it ain't happening.

Omal: why?

Russ: well, a lot of it has to deal is a combination of factors.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: number one, working with Karra I've learned a lot more about self-healing.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and I've learned how to control more of my body and my mind.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: the other part is that I've got a goal.

Omal: correct.

Russ: I have a purpose, I have a reason to live and I love life.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: I don't want to get old, I don't want to die, I don't want to be old and lose my memory and stuff. I want to just stay like this the rest of my life. So I'm assuming I am mentally commanding my body to stop aging.

Omal: correct.

Russ: and it seems to be working because it's certainly is not making me any older every day.

Omal: that is good, that is what your function at present needs to be.

Russ: right.

Omal: for other individuals it is unimportant. For some individuals it is important but it is not a priority.

Russ: well I think a lot of people want........like I used to want to be older.......

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: because I couldn't get respect as a younger person.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: now that I've reached that point, as I get older I want to stay right right where I'm at.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: so I should ask Karra I guess. Just going to work on getting and staying at the same age I am.

Omal: keep the same mental attitude but also keep your goals and work toward your goals.

Russ: right.

Omal: set yourself a goal which will take a considerable length of time.....

Russ: uh-huh.

Omal: that is not impossible to achieve.

Russ: well one thing I am worried about is during this coming collapse here, that stress and problems would make a person age more.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: so the key here is I'll know if I am not completing my goal and purpose is if I start to age faster.

Omal: correct.

Russ: because I'm losing control of both my mind and my body.....

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and I'm not maintaining my center calm that I'm supposed to......

Omal: correct.

Russ: that allows me to maintain my current age. Because I know there are lots of people who are very old but look very young.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and it's just a matter of knowing how your life can be like.

Omal: okay, update.

Russ: okay.

Omal: right. It is still......now it is less than......two....

Russ: less than three years.

Omal: yes, correct. Possibilities are still the same.

(For a possible societal collapse)

Russ: uh-huh.

Omal: they have only dropped by 1%.

Russ: okay.

Omal: so instead of being 89% certain, it is now 88% certain.

Russ: okay. Now, a couple different factors entering into the equation that I want to discuss with you real quickly.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: number one, we've discussed this on various occasions but never in the same context and that is with music.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and watching the music coming out as more and more becoming.....

Omal: aggressive and violent.

Russ: very aggressive. I mean we're talking hate rock. And I mean this is the people that a lot of them are 18, 19, 20.....

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and music from people called Slayer, Bad Brains, Born Again, and they're just gruesome.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: then you have rap which is you know every other word is the F word.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and I'm starting to see this as a real factor that's going to enter into this.

Omal: you're missing a point also in music.

Russ: hmm?

Omal: what ethnic groups like the rap.

Russ: well black groups like the rap.

Omal: uh-huh. And the Slayer rock?

Russ: white supremacist kind of thing.

Omal: correct. And both types are getting more popular.

Russ: right.

Omal: which means what?

Russ: well that brings me to my second factor that's entered into this.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and that is in the news the other day, this guy, this boy, about 18 out in Alabama, was shot dead by these four black dudes merely for the fact he was flying a rebel flag in the back of his van.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: Confederate flag I mean.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and that's the first time I've ever heard of anything like this happening. Usually it's the other way around with the KKK and stuff. Now you've got the black group is taking it out on just the fact that the Confederate states owned slaves.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: so I'm seeing a lot more white/black divisionism going on.

Omal: uh-huh. If you remember, we did say that it would not be so much the Hispanic community.

Russ: right. And that's where I don't see.......one part of this is going to have to deal with Rush Limbaugh who we're talking about.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: but the other part's going to have a lot to do with the young crowd.

Omal: correct.

Russ: so I think it's gonna to kind of come down to a combination of the two.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: whereby the white group is being led and the black group is being led by two different people.

Omal: uh-huh. Now here is little pause for you to study at your convenience.

Russ: okay.

Omal: you're not going to enjoy it but is necessary to understand how your opposition as you would word it thinks. Listen to Rush Limbaugh.

Russ: all right, okay.

Omal: how can you formulate a correct answer without having all the facts?

Russ: and you're very correct and I definitely should if I can stand the guy but I'm going to do this because I need information.

Omal: correct.

Russ: and I need to be able to have a comprehensive idea of what is coming down.

Omal: but remember the first rule of radio, what is Rush Limbaugh?

Russ: he's a commentator.

Omal: no.

Russ: he's a rabble-rouser?

Omal: no.

Russ: he is.........he's a conservative.

Omal: no, you are closer with your first choice. He's a commentator but.....

Russ: he's a radio personality.

Omal: getting closer.

Russ: quite political.......

Omal: no, drifting away.

Russ: okay.

Omal: he is an entertainer.

Russ: all right, okay.

Omal: remember that always when you listen to no matter who it is, Dan Rather, Connie Chung, Rush Limbaugh, Newt.........no, not Newt Gingrich.

Russ: they're all entertainers.

Omal: correct. It doesn't matter if they are conservative or liberal. Their primary function is......

Russ: is ratings.

Omal: correct. Even though they may deny that that is the case. And they will slant their views towards their political opinion.

Russ: well there's something here that doesn't quite fit in I need to ask you about. Right now we've got a fully controlled Republican Congress......

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: in two years we'll have a Republican president.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: now, Rush Limbaugh being conservative.....

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: he's like going to be in hog heaven practically as far as the fact that everything he's predicted has come true.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: but where does that leave him? He doesn't have anything more to talk about. The president?

Omal: yes he does.

Russ: what?

Omal: he does pick on his own party when they start to backtrack. That is why we are suggesting that you listen to him. Because your assumption was that if everything goes according to how he wants it, he's out of work.

Russ: right.

Omal: but his Contract with America that he goes on about.

Russ: uh-huh.

Omal: he has attacked I believe Newt Gingrich and made him back down on an issue.

Russ: do you listen to this guy in your off-hours or something?

(Russ starts laughing)

Omal: no, I do receive reports.

Russ: okay, because I haven't heard him yet so I wasn't sure. Okay.

Omal: anyway, last question please.

Russ: okay. Oh yes, we were working on the perpetual energy device.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: Karra and I now have the magnets to work on this.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and just to throw something out into the air here, how does that in possibilities affect the outcome of what we're discussing here but what's in the future?

Omal: it is an advancement for transportation devices.

Russ: okay.

Omal: it is a endless supply of power.

Russ: right. It's going to make a difference as far as....

Omal: cheap, clean power.

Russ: right. Actually, it probably would be more of something that's going to bring it out afterwards......

Omal: when it happens, correct.

Russ: then it will affect any outcome prior to it. In fact, anything prior to it would cause it to come even faster and harder.

Omal: correct.

Russ: so it's going to have to come down then it's going to have to come out. I got it.

Omal: or it may be already in the calculations.

Russ: are you okay?

Lyka: I'm fine

Russ: it sounded like you were trying to catch your breath or something.

Lyka: uh-huh. Yes, I have had portraits of me done for Mark, Kiri, and Tia.

Russ: oh did you?

Lyka: uh-huh.

Russ: all right, good. You in uniform?

Lyka: some of them, yes. I gave them to Tia and Kiri earlier on and Mark should have them. Full-size portraits.

Russ: so are they actually pictures or are they just disks?

Lyka: disks, holograms.

Russ: cool.

Lyka: uh-huh.

Russ: well that's neat.

Lyka: it's me in my uniform, six pictures.

Russ: well let me get this straight real quick, you're going to go to Sirius for the races.

Lyka: yes.

Russ: then you're going off to duty.....

Russ: then you're going back to Sirius to spend another three weeks.

Lyka: yes.

Russ: lots of time on Sirius.

Lyka: it won't be enough time.

(Russ starts laughing)

Lyka: no.

Russ: well that's good. So any new things happening in your unit lately? No new babies, no......?

Lyka: no, they're all getting ready to ship out.

Russ: ahh.

Lyka: all the mothers that have had babies are working on temporary people to look after their babies.

Russ: ohh, good.

Lyka: and all those fully grown ladies are having anti-pregnancy shots.

Russ: oh I see. To maintain that state.

Lyka: yes.

Russ: so when you get there, you'll have your new recruits......

Lyka: uh-huh.

Russ: all set to go. You guys are all working well as a team then?

Lyka: yes.

Russ: who got point?

Lyka: I do.

Russ: you got point? I thought you're supposed to be in the back?

Lyka: new position.

Lyka: because of Karwen will not be there to cover, she used to be point.

Russ: now what happens if your unit comes under attack? You'd be the first person taken out possibly.

Omal: okay, and she wants to know basically, where's she going with this? What's she doing?

Omal: well she is not an ambassador, she is a missionary. It is hard for a missionary to adjust to their new environment. She has to remember to be herself but yet to adjust her spreading light and wisdom, she has to adjust it or even dilute it down so it is not full on, it is a gradual change. It is necessary for her to complete her mission. She cannot run away. She can compromise.

Russ: how so?

Omal: that is for her to answer.

Russ: okay. Well.....

Omal: but she has to remember that her and Mike are joined.

Russ: right.

Omal: that it is necessary to work out what is mutually beneficial and for her to be able to grow and spread light and cheerfulness. To put people more in tune with themselves instead of "grabbing everything for me".

Russ: right.

Omal: they must learn to share. They must learn to harmonize, to work together. To be individuals but yet individuals that are grouped together for the common good.

Russ: well, according to her, she just basically said that these people are going to do what they want whether she's there or not and there's nothing she can do about it.

Omal: she's not looking.

Russ: I pointed that out too but when I talked to her, it sounded like the missionary was in the pot and the natives were just getting ready to lighting the wood.

Omal: sometimes a nice, warm bath and be a useful stimuli.

Russ: yeah well, they can't afford to move right now so they been offered a place in San Diego with her mom to live.

Omal: uh-huh. That in itself would be a bad move.

Russ: that's what I told her but she's bound and determined to get out of there. But I'll relate to her what you told me anyway and see if we can't dissuade her from this for the time being.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: anyway, she says she's trying for a job and we're all supposed to put our energies to hope she'll get it so she can stay.

Omal: okay.

Russ: that's the best I can do for her at this point.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: I figure maybe what we'll do is hopefully I can get ahold of her next week and get her into the next session.

Omal: yes. Okay and you will be able to contact and we can sit down and discuss the missionary being a little bit too warm.

Russ: yeah.

Omal: it is necessary for her to be emotionally detached sometimes from the individuals around her and yet be even more emotionally attached to her strong root source.

Russ: I see what you mean. Because it's a combination of money, bills, and the fact that she's not accomplishing what she set out to do. And I explained to her it's the same situation I had when I came here from Sedona. I had huge goals, grand plans.....

Omal: Rome was not burned in a day.

Russ: this is true. And I feel very comfortable where I've gotten to be.

Omal: sorry, that was a very poor attempt at humor.

Russ: that's okay. But I kind of know what she needs to be happy and that is to find........to be able to be happy no matter where she's at. Whether it be in Illinois, Tahoe, San Diego, or anywhere.

Omal: and what is the key for her to be happy?

Russ: well that's the problem.

Omal: it is a very simple key. She has to be happy here and here.

Russ: right, I see. Well, I think a lot of it is that she feel just closed.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: I think it's like the shock of being somewhere where you feel totally alienated. It's getting to her finally.

Omal: maybe she ought to talk to Mark about homesickness.

Russ: yeah, I think that might be handy. But in the meantime, I think we're definitely set up for next Tuesday possibly......

Omal: good, that would be very beneficial for her, for Carrie.

Russ: because I think she needs a little booster shot at this point.

Omal: yes, very much so.

Russ: all right, back to the questions again.

Omal: okay, let us proceed.

Russ: okay. Now, is the process of thinking or sending out actually......when you're thinking, are you sending out light?

Omal: you are sending out thought patterns which can be interpreted as light however it is not light.

Russ: it's not? It's just energy.

Omal: yes, electrical energy.

Russ: now isn't energy light though?

Omal: not necessarily.

Russ: different form?

Omal: where is Karra's magnets? Pick them up.

Russ: okay.

Omal: they're sending out energy. Can you see the energy?

Russ: no.

Omal: that answers your question.

Russ: I see.

Omal: you can see the energy by using little, small, minute dust fragments of iron.....

Russ: uh-huh.

Omal: but apart from that you cannot see them. Not unless you use electrical equipment to help you see the magnetic field.

Russ: I believe that's the question I'm working on now is what kind of light are you talking about here? Like say you talk about the light body.

Omal: uh-huh. We are referring to the astral body and the light that radiates from it.

Russ: okay. And that is made up of energy.......

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: but different energy from what these magnets say put out.

Omal: correct.

Russ: so how would you put a name to this energy to differentiate the magnetic energy this is putting out and and the energy.....?

Omal: astral energy.

Russ: okay, I can work with that. Astral energy.

Omal: look around. There is a light source.

Russ: right.

Omal: what color light is it?

Russ: white.

Omal: correct. But yet within it is a whole spectrum of colors.

Russ: right, true.

Omal: that is the same as the astral body and astral energy. It is described as a light body but yet it is different colors. Some individuals, all's they see is a white halo type effect around an individual that is white.

Russ: uh-huh.

Omal: it takes patience and practice to be able to see the colors.

Russ: yeah, like that one lady we went to?

Omal: yes.

Russ: okay, and whether you see the colors or you see just light, that light is all dependent on you.

Omal: correct.

Russ: so when Carrie finds her heart and mind, then her light will become brighter then?

Omal: correct. It will go....(Omal snaps his fingers)

Russ: so what exactly would you say is her purpose in going in the first place except it's a lesson, right?

Omal: it is an unfinished task.

Russ: that's right, because she still doing the karmic turn.

Omal: correct.

Russ: because you have past lives and they're all connected and she has to finish this. Okay, I see where you're going to. And now you're here?

Omal: correct.

Russ: all right. Now, what's gonna happen to the light consciousness let's say to the planet when this coming collapse happens? Is it going to be the dark ages or would you call them light ages?

Omal: I would call it a temporary switching off of the light.

Russ: okay.

Omal: walk over to the door, flip the switch, and turn it back on.

Russ: okay.

(Russ gets up to take care of that)

Omal: when the light was off, it was dark. When the light was switched back on it was bright again.

Russ: I see.

Omal: it took a few seconds to return to the full brightness.

Russ: right. And a lot of it is vibrations.

Omal: correct. The light waves were no longer coming from the light, they'd been switched off.

Russ: right.

Omal: the light was streaming away, it was cut off. The waves were coming from the conscious minds, it was cut off, it returned.

Russ: I see.

Omal: maybe those are not good analogies to use.

Russ: no, it's good analogies only I think the analogy I'm looking for is coming back brighter than it was originally before the light got turned off.

Omal: that is undecided.

Russ: true. But a lot of this is going to really hinge on how our planet handles the switch from 3rd to 5th.

Omal: which you do not have to worry about at all because there will be no switch from 3rd to 5th.

Russ: there won't be? Okay. Well looking around, that's pretty easy to tell.

Omal: no.

Russ: what do you mean?

Omal: dimensions.

Russ: right.

Omal: what is the fourth dimension?

Russ: time.

Omal: what is the fifth dimension?

Russ: space.

Omal: does that answer your question.

Russ: yes.

Omal: Sirius went from the third dimension to which dimension?

Russ: sixth.

Omal: why did it not go to the fifth?

Russ: oh, because it's space.

Omal: correct.

Russ: oh, I see. So we're talking about 3rd to 6th.

Omal: correct.

Russ: I get it, thank you for that. Come on Omal, you need pupils like me. Just to hone those teaching skills.

Omal: okay, hold out your hand.

Russ: okay.

Omal: close your eyes, visualize a penny.

Omal: visualize George Washington on the back.

Russ: uh-huh.

Omal: visualize the Lincoln Monument on the front.

Russ: right.

Omal: come on, visualize it, I cannot see it. Visualize it in the fifth dimension.

Russ: okay.

Omal: visualize it, come on. It's yea big. Visualize it. See the color. Come on, you can do better than that. Why do I do it?

Russ: because there is no try, there is only doing.

Omal: correct. Do or do not.

Russ: do or do not.

Omal: but in this case, it serves as a different function.

Russ: hmm.

Omal: you're up here feeling top of the world, overconfident. What did I do? I went like this and pulled you back to reality.

Russ: of course. Which is where I need to be.

Omal: correct. It is no good having your head up in the stars.

Russ: true.

Omal: you can have your head in the stars but remember where your feet are.

Russ: right. Well yeah, it's.....

Omal: come on, you're still meant to be visualizing.

(Russ bursts out laughing)

Russ: okay.

Omal: no, I'm teasing.

Russ: all right. Okay so, well let's talk a little bit about the switch from 3rd to 6th then.

Omal: okay. I have a message from Tia. Can you tell your cats not to swear at each other?

Russ: right. "Kids, have better language there, okay?" Come on. Excuse me. You, are going out. You're causing trouble.

Omal: there will be a short, dull interlude.

Russ: no doubt. Okay, now, with the switch from 3rd to 6th, the darkness is going to be what will be needed to change the vibrationary level of the consciousness of the people who are going to make the switch.

Omal: let me put it this way. When you walk from a dark room to a brightly lit room, what happens?

Russ: your eyes have to adjust.

Omal: correct. There will be that time of adjustment.

Russ: I see.

Omal: it will be chaos. You will have both light and dark rivaling each other trying to overpower each other.

Russ: hmm.

Omal: one group will go one way and the other group will go another way.

Russ: the same thing that happened on Sirius.

Omal: correct.

Russ: now with that happening, then whether you are either side, it's still going to be a matter of well you'll pass away one time and you'll come to either third or you'll come back to sixth.

Omal: correct. Things will either appear wonderful or they will appear unchanged. And for those it appears unchanged it will be a new beginning, a new start for them or that's what they will perceive. They will be totally unaware that it is just a re-occurrence of a cycle that once was. For those that are reborn in a higher dimension.....

Russ: uh-huh.

Omal: those that make it across that will be the root gene pool....

Russ: uh-huh.

Omal: those are the ones that will suffer the worst.

Russ: oh really?

Omal: the ones that make the crossover to be the root gene pool.

Russ: I thought you said it would be wonderful.

Omal: oh it will be wonderful but physically they will suffer.

Russ: mutate sort of like?

Omal: not so much mutate as in their life expectancy will be diminished temporarily. They will understand that this is one of the prices to pay for the jump across for the gene pool. They will be aware that it is necessary to pass on the gene pool.

Russ: I see. But they will be rewarded in knowing that in the future.......

Omal: they will be rewarded in their next life.

Russ: ohh, because they made the jump.

Omal: correct.

Russ: okay.

Omal: there are very, very, very few Sirians that remember the jump.

Russ: oh.

Omal: and that is not because of their sheer age. It is because they are kept alive as reminders.

Russ: oh, I see.

Omal: and cherished as reminders.

Russ: oh.

Omal: unfortunately, technology lacks for those Sirians so they are kept in a state of stasis unaware that time is passing. You could say suspended animation. But they have so much knowledge that needs to be kept, that they are kept in that state and they have agreed to it.

Russ: right, because they remember what Sirius in the third dimension was like.

Omal: correct and they have a gift to give that is so important.

Russ: so technology catches up and they come back to to where they're supposed to be.

Omal: no, their knowledge that they have will be recorded word for word, experience for experience and then they will depart and then they will return.

Russ: make the jump, I see. So I would assume then that this jump of earth from 3rd to 6th will be the completion of a transformation that failed at a previous time?

Omal: in essence, yes.

Russ: okay. So what we're doing now is helping engineer that which we kind of goofed up in the first place?

Omal: hmmmm.

Russ: as a people.

Omal: as a people, yes.

Russ: I'm not talking about just me and Mark.

Omal: no, as a people, yes.

Russ: as a people. Because a lot of us were there.....

Omal: uh-huh, yes.

Russ: who remember. It's like for me, I look forward to this change, the whole everything.

Omal: you say a lot of you.

Russ: uh-huh.

Omal: how many do you mean?

Russ: like a million?

Russ: no.

Omal: no. If you were to take the whole, entire population of San Jose, you'd have to halve it.

Russ: what?

Omal: only 100,000.

Omal: not in this case.

Omal: it is a perfectly healthy, acceptable gene pool.

Russ: yeah. It's just amazing that that's the number that I would have never guessed that. Okay. And so those of us who are there, who have been looking forward to doing this ever since we were born. We were geared toward this.

Omal: hmm, pretty much so, yes.

Russ: so that's why Carrie's where she's at. Can I pass this on to her?

Omal: certainly, I would not have mentioned it if it was not to be recorded for posterity and to be analyzed at your leisure and convenience.

Russ: good.

Omal: but a million is an insignificant number compared to the population of your planet.

Russ: that's true. But 100,000 is not nearly what I was thinking of. Now a question I have in concerning well this book I was reading about. This was put out back in December of '94.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and this is from a channel who is channeling somebody name Yahweh.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and talking about.....well he states in here, he says 1995 and in particular January, are going to see earthquakes all over.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and he called that one on the money.

Omal: I can predict that you will see earthquakes all over. It is very easy to do.

Russ: right. But I mean the months prior to this have been very calm, earthquake wise.

Omal: no, not really.

Russ: no? Here we see Kobe, we see Washington, Brazil just got hit.....

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and these are things I'm getting in the news. Now is the changes going on in the earth corresponding to the changes going on with the consciousness?

Omal: they are linked but not in the way that you are thinking.

Russ: okay.

Omal: certainly one is the result of the other.....

Russ: right.

Omal: but the question is, which is which?

Russ: ahh. Well if our consciousness and the people are going to be switching from 3rd to 6th, what happens to the planet? Anything physical?

Omal: no.

Russ: okay. So there's no major landmass changes?

Omal: when you arrive on the sixth dimension, things will be different.

Russ: right.

Omal: your planet will be different, the continents will be different. Your planet on the third dimension will remain the same. In its same evolutionary pattern.

Russ: I see. Okay.

Omal: why?

Russ: because.........why do you hit me with these good ones sometimes like this too?

Omal: it is simple.

Russ: well let me think about it for a second. Because, in the third dimension, everything as you said will be seen this same. You'll wake up and you won't even realize anything has changed whereas on the sixth dimension, you've already switched two dimensions. It's a different planet.

Omal: yes it is and I will have to talk to her. Yes it is a different planet.

Russ: talk to who, Karra?

Omal: yes.

Russ: she didn't do that, did she? I don't know sometimes.

Omal: it is two totally different planets and, they both exist now.

Russ: oh.

Omal: one is inhabited, the other one is not.

Russ: oh, I see. So it's sitting there waiting.

Omal: correct.

Russ: life forms on it are also there waiting?

Omal: correct.

Russ: just waiting for the humans to come.

Omal: correct.

Russ: hmm.

Omal: and they do not physically travel from one place to another because with a different dimension it is in the same place at the same time.

Russ: right. Now that means people from Sirius can go visit sixth dimensional Earth.

Omal: they are forbidden to.

Russ: oh. And off?

Omal: and off.

Russ: and is there a reason for that?

Omal: yes.

Russ: why?

Omal: we cannot disclose it at this time.

Russ: okay.

Omal: but logic will dictate the answer. Look into yourself and reason why.

Russ: because of the same thing that happened in Atlantis?

Omal: no. Okay, last question please.

Russ: okay. The last question is............oh yes, in the coming collapse, it's said it's best not to choose sides, merely choose yourself.

Omal: correct. Because by choosing what is right, what you perceive what is right, is choosing sides.

Russ: I see.

Omal: you choose yourself and what you believe to be correct. You choose sides but not one side or the other. You choose what you believe to be right, you choose a middle road.

Russ: okay? Now, does that mean that my energy flows have been disrupted?

Kiri: correct.

Kiri: how can you set them up to heal? Say this is your side.

Russ: yeah, we discussed having the band or strap here.

Kiri: correct. Now, suppose it is your hip.

Kiri: how do you do it then?

Russ: use an Ace bandage.

Kiri: suppose it is here, in the groin area.

Russ: you can use tape.

Kiri: no, in essence you are correct in using tape but you triangulate it.

Russ: oh, use placement?

Kiri: yes, placement. Use triangulation in an uneven area. Something like a thigh....

Russ: uh-huh.

Russ: now, I would assume the way you do this would be at something really happy like say a Dead concert, like in a state of bliss practically.

Kiri: lovemaking.

Russ: and that's when you are affecting someone else's aura at the same time.

Kiri: correct. And as a healer, that is the highest.

Russ: okay, I see.

Kiri: correct. For a healer it is the most enjoyable thing......oh, I did it.
