Archivist Notes: This month the channeling session comes with some challenges to the sound again as we were still not using the excellent equipment we would be later. Our sound technician did all he could to bring the sound to the best level he could but it is still not as clear as we would like. Compounding the sound issue is that our guest at the time wasn't sitting close enough to the microphone to be picked up very clearly. It's an unfortunate set of events and will possibly be remastered again when the technology improves. Another note about this month's podcast is that the session was apparently taped over another session that could barely be heard. So the last bit of side two is Kiri for about the five minutes the technician was able to raise up to the level of the newer session. An overview of the subjects covered would include both Tia and Kiri discussing the upcoming Tri-Base ski races being held this year on the base, Omal discussing the Arcturians and a project involving the Four Corners area and some pink pyramids plus Karra helping a returning guest with some questions he had about his health. We can report that next month's channeling session was recorded in 2001 and is crystal clear.

   On a night where Mark was starting to come down with something, Tia is the ring mistress who notices that just as we get started. As it would turn out it would not cause a shortened session so we get things going with an update on the schedule of events for the ski races being held the following week on the base. We find that the teams from the Sirius and Centauri bases would be arriving on consecutive days to prepare for the preliminary races. In a humorous mood, Tia jokes around about bringing us up to see the races and participate in some of the sporting events there. It's a funny thought and one we certainly wished could happen. That's all we have time for now as she brings on Omal who would take up the rest of the tape covering some fascinating subjects. First, he is asked his opinion on a book making a prediction of a catastrophic event that would be happening at the turn of the millennium which Omal effectively debunks. As well as a report received on the HAARP project in Alaska, Omal dispels the doom and gloom that was supposed to happen with that being active. We finally get to a subject he doesn't dispute, the Arturians and their presence in the Four Corners area of Colorado. While that race had come up in previous sessions, this is the first one posted where he goes into depth about their race. All this stemmed from a move being made to that area by our guest and what he could expect. As it turns out, Omal was knowledgeable on the area and he also gives us a comprehensive discourse on the Zuni and Hopi tribes that followed one another in evolution that had been in the area for thousands of years. As for the Arcturians, we knew of a group in that area who had planned to build some pyramids built out of pink marble but as we know now, that project never got off the ground. He does go into some detail about the Zuni and Hopi religions about the meaning of the kivas in that area where they held their spiritual ceremonies. He explains that it is part of their origin story of how their races came into being that involves an ascent from the underworlds as they escaped from a series of floods. It's a great story but one that runs out at the end of side one and has to be picked up on side two.

   Omal returns as side two begins to complete the line of thought he had been on which then turns into a discussion on dream interpretation. Just prior to ending on side one, Omal brought up the symbolism dreams and our guests had been having similar dreams of water which he is able to link up to the experience of being prenatal state. Tia jumps and adds a bit to the conversation regarding the similarities between the Hopi and the Celts as well as an origin story of her own about her home planet of Durondedunn before handing off to Karra. With Mark's body temperature rising, Karra isn't on for long so she helps with a question our guest had regarding his arm going to sleep at the same time he was. She clocks it as a possible pinched nerve, something she is able to offer advice on as we discuss possible solutions for that issue. One unique thing about her time talking is that Mark had dropped by and had whispered something in Karra's ear as she was channeling. Normally he may drop by with tea but this was the first time he had helped with his own channeling. Tia comes on once again expand on a point of interest that came up at the end of the discussion with Karra but now gets us to Kiri who has a lot to fill us in on about the imminent ski races. She provides the details of both the accommodations and entertainment setups and the planned use of trolleys to shuttle competitors to the elevators which were to take them to the top of the slope. From personal experience, the elevators could be considered more of a funicular as opposed to a vertical shaft. We find out she is to compete in the champions race Tia gave us the details on which will be made up of some of the 120 competitors and others who were the first forty people to sign up. She finishes by explaining how those on the three bases and two worlds would view the races through interactive holograms broadcast out from Hades Base. Tia brings us back to Earth with a retrospective of the stock market and a warning she wanted to make sure got on tape about it accelerating at too rapid a rate. At the time the stock market had experienced some wild swings that she felt would not have good consequences should they continue. Something to note in hindsight that with Tia wondering how high the stock market could go, her suggestion of a high of 10,000 pales to the 28,000 plus one can find it at today. With the tape running low she ends the session but it picks but up immediately in the middle of a discussion Kiri was having with me concerning the harvest season of the pink flowers about to happen. One of the new bits of information about the technology of Sirius is the use of stasis fields to ship her wine indicating a wide use of the technology for interplanetary and planetary modes of transportation. That also brings up other higher dimensional technology such as the use of the fifth dimension to solve tricky physics problems by allowing as she says, the base being able to fit into the watering can of Treebeard. The mechanics require special power supplies to maintain a consistent space at all times. Then all of a sudden she recalls a couple golf jokes Mark told her involving Arnold Palmer that are pretty funny though after that we have no time for anything else as the tape runs out at that point. We do discover at the end that golf has not been one of their pastimes on Sirius, probably the only fault I could find with ascension process....just kidding.

Russ: okay.

Russ: thank you my dear. That’s right, yeah we’re not going to be able to see you till next week so.......

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: I guess this is the first time I get to talk to you about it for a little while.

Tia: uh-huh.
 
Russ: thank you my dear.

Tia: and how old are you going to be again?

Russ: a mere 37.

Tia: a mere 37.

Russ: yep.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: not even half Karra’s age.

Tia: nope. Okay, so what can we do for you tonight Bob?

Bob: I’m just revisiting.

Tia:  ahh.

Russ: now you remember…..

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: that I was on the webpage last night…..

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: and apparently it’s now become the Hades Base webpage….

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: as opposed to just my webpage of Hades Base.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: people have gotten I guess hearing about us.

Tia: uh-huh, the official voice piece of Hades Base.

Russ: yeah, because I looked around and nobody else does Hades Base out there on the web.....

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: kind of unusual. And unfortunately, well or fortunately, it looks like your predictions might be coming true. Another one.

Tia: yes, which one?

Russ: this is the one on me doing webpages and stuff and getting more into computers?

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: apparently I was approached today about doing a webpage.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: all right, so anyway that prediction came true.

Tia: of course.

Russ: so, what’s the news for next week?

Tia: okay, news for next week. Oh, for the Hades Base News?

Russ: the Hades Base News, right.

Tia: I don’t have anything at the moment, you haven’t asked to do anything for you.

Russ: oh.

Tia: ski mountain will be closed next Sunday….

Russ: right.

Tia: for a whole entire week. Team arrives next week, first team shows up on Monday.

Russ: okay.

Tia: and that’s from Sirius Base. Centauri Base shows up on Tuesday, races start on Wednesday.

Russ: hmmm, aren’t they going to get a chance to check out the course and try it out at all?

Tia: well they’ll be preliminaries and everything.

Russ: oh, is that when the elimination heats are?

Tia: no, just preliminary races.

Russ: oh, just to get used to the course.

Tia: uh-huh, yeah and then in the afternoon of Wednesday the races for the slalom starts and there’s also the first heats of the biathlon start. Individual biathlons which they changed on us at the last moment so there’s individual and team.

Russ: will that help your guys at all?

Tia: no not really, in fact it hinders us more than anything else.

Russ: oh.

Tia: on Thursday we’ve got the downhill and the team biathlon. Friday we have the super G, we have a demonstration of snowboarding.

Russ: the Wookies are going to give a demo huh?

Tia: yes.

Russ: good.

Tia: okay? On Saturday we have giant slalom. Did I just cover that?

Russ: uh-huh, GS, super GS?

Tia: no, super G.

Russ: super G.

Tia: and then we have the giant slalom which is different…

Russ: uh-huh.

Tia: then super G. And then on Sunday we have the closing ceremonies and the champions cup which is a new thing that they’ve done on us as well.

Russ: what’s that?

Tia: well basically that’s kind of……..it’s more of an iron person test. Top part of the drop it uses the entire downhill course…..

Russ: uh-huh.

Tia: starts off as a super G and then turns into a giant slalom and then finally ends up as a slalom.

Russ: ahhh.

Tia: and anybody can enter that, anybody on the base.

Russ: that could get tricky though.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: so it’s going to be very difficult to win that one.

Tia: well we’re opening it up to the first 40 people and that is basically for fun. So we’ll have members from their teams and our teams competing in that just for fun. It’s a fun thing and everybody walks away with a prize for competing which basically is a crystal goblet that has a cut image of the mountain and Hades Base underneath it. And then the winners, the three fastest people, pick up a gold that is mounted on a crystal stand, again with……..actually it’s more of a mountain shape with the gold mounted on it and then a bronze and a silver of the same style.

Russ: how very nice.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: sounds like it’s going to be a very enjoyable trip.

Tia: yeah, they’re making us work harder.

Russ: well yeah and then I want to put into the webpage of course those who…

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: actually how the team competition goes between bases.

Tia: uh-huh and the individual results.

Russ: well trying to get individual results is going to be a little difficult because trying to spell the names of people from all three bases......

Tia: we’ll take care of that, we’ll take care of that.

Russ: all right, if you can give me the spellings I’ll figure it out.

Tia: well we'll have Mark channel on the computer.

Russ: oh okay.

Tia: and Kiri and myself will do the channeling and we'll type in and send you the mail.

Bob: when is this?

Russ: a week from Saturday?

Tia: yeah, a week from Saturday. Teams arrive on Monday and Tuesday and then we start the preliminaries on Wednesday and then we go through the whole entire schedule up until Sunday.

Bob: and this is where?

Tia: Hades Base, up here.

Bob: so you can get me to Hades Base too?

Russ: yeah, they’ll send a ship down, pick you up, you don’t mind going up for a couple weeks right?

Tia: and honestly if we really could get you up here, I think you’d find some very good competition.

Bob: they’d have to be good.

Russ: they use laser rifles.

Bob: that’s what I thought.

Tia: uh-huh.

Tia: well if you see a white light overhead don’t panic okay?

Bob: fine, let’s do it.

Tia: I’m joking.

Russ: he needs a break now before he goes off to Idaho anyway……or Colorado.

Tia: it would be fun to have you up here, you’d be able to report back and tell everybody that it’s for real. Be able to tell them you’ve been there and we'll give you a souvenir.

Russ: now I would be seriously envious.

Tia: I can’t, I wish I could.

Russ: oh man, I’d just go up just for fun.

Tia: hey, we’d have you guys up here. We'll take everybody from the house up here for two weeks and give you….

Bob: two weeks, two minutes, let’s go.

Tia: uh-huh. Give you guys a complete workout. Have you participate in some of the sporting events up here. Have you guys compete in a track and field event.

Russ: yeah, that’d be a joke.

Bob: if there's any mountaineering up there.

Tia: uh-huh, there’s mountaineering, you could do whatever you want. Surfing, swimming, windsurfing, sailing….

Russ: all the women are taller than you and gorgeous.

Bob: I’d have no problems there, in fact I’ll be needing to stay permanently.

Tia: uh-huh, permanent residence. We’ll give you a computer network linked to earth, you don’t mind using a computer that only has maybe 20 or 30 gig of RAM?

Russ: that be nice job change for you there.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: you can get in a life change here, it’s a little bit more than I think you expect though.

Tia: I wish we could, I really wish we could.

Russ: it would be fun.

Tia: uh-huh, we could do with more Earth things up here but as for being surrounded by tall women, hey, I’m only 5’2” thank you very much buddy.

Russ: you’re welcome very much my darling.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: you are of course the shortest….

Tia: no I’m not the shortest.

Russ: no but of your age group…

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: you’re the shortest.

Tia: yes. Teela’s only 4’9”.

Russ: but she’s a little younger than you by a bit.

Tia: Teela’s quite a bit older than me.

Russ: really?

Tia: uh-huh, if you take her time in suspended animation of 200 years.

Russ: well yeah true but she’s from Durondedunn.

(Ed note: Teela and some other scientists from Durondedunn were found floating in space in their ship adrift by a higher dimensional group similar to Ashtar Command)

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: well that’s different.

Bob: I’ve got a question.

Tia: yeah.

Bob: if you can’t get up me there, how do you get Russ up there and him?

Tia: astral travel.

Russ: I astral travel up there and then get solid.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: just like Mark does though not quite as good as Mark of course but yeah I astral travel up there.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: oh, which reminds me….

Tia: yes?

Russ: how was Alana’s rabbit test?

Tia: the rabbit died.

Russ: Alana is pregnant.

Tia: yes.

Russ: I have a new child on the way…..sort of, not mine.

Tia: adopted child.

Russ: adopted child yes, it’s my bond mate having Mark's baby.

Russ: it’s a long story.

Tia: complicated story. Basically, it’s for the gene pool.

Russ: right. Well good, congratulations all around except for the fact that of course Karra is the one who wanted to get pregnant.

Tia: these things happen.

Russ: what?

Tia: hmm, temperature’s gone up. Yeah, Mark's body temperature is skyrocketing.

Russ: well what’s the monitors say? The bed’s turned off.

Tia: yeah it says that his body's at about 98.

Russ: that’s a little warm.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: well is he coming down with something?

Tia: he’s already down with something but it’s just in the last few minutes it’s gone up to 98 and it's still climbing a little bit.

Russ: we have to keep an eye on that.

Tia: uh-huh. Okay anyway, back to business.

Russ: okay.

Tia: as we've ambled around.

Omal: greetings and felicitations.

Russ: greetings Omal.

Omal: greetings young man, Bob correct?

Bob: correct.

Omal: greetings Russ. I see we are absent from Johnny.

Russ: ahh yes.

Omal: okay, let us proceed.

Russ: okay, listening to the radio program from Art Bell and I have a couple questions concerning that.

Omal: yes?

Russ: he had a gentleman on who wrote a book 5/5/2000….

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: icy great destruction or something……..the great disaster.

(Ed note: the book is actually called "5/5/2000: Ice- The Ultimate Disaster")

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and according to him in this book, he predicts that in May 5th, 2000 a major alignment is going to happen in the stars.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: this will cause a great pressure being pushed onto the polar ice caps which will cause them to shift the continents around. You’ll see the stars move but it’s actually you moving.

Omal: yes.

Russ: okay, now the proof that he goes through on this that it happened some 10,000 years ago….

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and apparently America shifted South if I remember right and Europe switched North.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and he shows the woolly mammoth as being one example of someone who in a period of three days got taken from a warm temperate environment into frozen Arctic tundra. And so essentially he says that we're going to see in January of 2000 a big meteor storm and any plane that you’re in is going to become very unstable and lose all its computer guidance system. And then come May the actual convergence will happen and of course the earth as we know it will be vastly, radically changed.

Omal: you can put on your webpage Omal chuckles hysterically.

Russ: I shall do so.

Omal: okay let us start with the fact of the continents shifting. As you are aware, they are constantly moving.

Russ: uh-huh.

Omal: a major shift would be a major catastrophic event which, if it happened 10,000 years ago, there would be evidence all over your planet of a major catastrophic shift. At the time when this supposedly happened, the Egyptians were just starting to develop their society. The Chinese were just starting to develop their society. Would this not of stunted or even destroyed the developments of these societies?

Russ: yeah, it would definitely put a cramp in their style.

Omal: would they not have recorded them even in picture? Hieroglyphic form or pieces of art? Would there be not evidence of mass extinction, mass destruction?

Russ: now didn’t Atlantis go down about 10,000 years ago?

Omal: Atlantis was a little bit before that.

Russ: okay.

Omal: as we keep on trying to state, it was 10,000 BC. Which means….

Russ: oh, this was 10,000 years ago…..

Omal: correct.

Russ: 8000 BC.

Omal: correct.

Russ: good point. Because I was trying to put the fact well, if Atlantis went down because of these changes in the crust beneath it, this would be a good reason for that to happen.

Omal: correct.

Russ: okay.

Omal: but it is not the case, there is a 2,000 year difference.

Russ: right.

Omal: in 2,000 years, a lot happens.

Russ: now what if say for example I maybe misheard it and it actually was 10,000 BC that this happened?

Omal: then it would still bear no relevance as this event never happened.

Russ: oh, well….

Omal: that is what I’m trying to say.

Russ: right.

Omal: let us look at the move in three days from a temperate climate to an Arctic climate. Again you would see mass areas with massive bodies of woolly mammoths. Unable to find food, they would starve. It is very rare that you find more than two animals in the same place in a fossilized form.

Russ: uh-huh. So the woolly mammoths that did starve managed to make it further north and were basically solitary creatures anyway.

Omal: correct.

Russ: now one of things the other person tries to put out is that a sailing captain that Plato ran across had a map from the library of Alexandria that I guess it still exists today and it shows the South pole without any ice on it. It’s topography and everything being rivers and everything flowing…..

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and then sound......or radar samples they’ve taken of the South pole confirm that the map was correct even though that there’s some 3 miles of ice over that particular land that was mapped.

Omal: at one time Antarctica had forests, it had abundant wildlife most certainly but that is more along the lines of I should estimate 15 to 20,000,000 years ago.

Russ: well where were the polar caps at that point then?

Omal: exactly where they are at present however, continental drift as opposed to sudden, sharp changes.....

Russ: ahh yes.

Omal: I should estimate it as more like 80 to 100,000,000 years.

Russ: I understand. So they’re now at their present position buried in ice?

Omal: correct. Another way to look at it, if you take continental drift into consideration, let us take the most famous piece of moving land that moves approximately an inch to six inches a year, the San Andreas fault line on the Pacific plate.

Russ: right.

Omal: okay, let us look at that. If you have a house and it is on the Pacific side of the San Andreas fault, let us say you put it at the Point Reyes area…..

Russ: okay.

Omal: okay, you have a house, 10,000 years from now you will have a nice property in Oregon.

Russ: in 10 years?

Omal: 10,000.

Russ: oh 10,000.

Omal: nice property in Oregon.

Russ: okay.

Omal: that gives you a rough idea of continental drift.

Russ: ahh, I see. Okay that makes sense.

Omal: if it survives for 10,000 years in that environment.

Russ: right. So basically, with this alignment of stars, it’s happened before obviously.

Omal: yes.

Russ: or planets I should say.....I’m saying stars are planets.....any major changes in the times it’s happened in previous times?

Omal: there are certain events that occur, the gravitational pull of the alignment of the planets has effects. If you have the moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn aligned, that is going to have some gravitational pull on your planet, that would be self-evident.

Russ: right.

Omal: with your planet in the middle and the outer planets having their gravitational pull that would affect your planet but the gravitational field of your star is much greater than the combined gravitational masses of all your planets, much greater. So therefore it would affect the weather most certainly, your planet would bulge in places by the pull but it would not be a great catastrophic shift of continental plates. It would not be an accelerated process of coincidental drift so therefore this claim is an erroneous claim. It is a claim of somebody that is, has information but has accelerated the process phenomenally. Certainly it will cause instability in the atmosphere which would probably cause flight difficulties but nothing that would be as disastrous as this gentleman is predicting.

Russ: okay, so no need to go run out and go to some place on the earth where it's not going to be so drastic.

Omal: somewhere hilly.

Russ: yes.

Omal: it is a very similar prediction and it happens every time somebody says there is going to be an alignment of planets. They predict major changes in the planet’s crust, disasters, the sky will fall down and crush people, the sea will rise up to meet the sky, the mountains will descend to become new oceans, all these things are predicted when there is an alignment of planets. It is hogwash.

Russ: yeah Art Bell, this program is listened to all over the country last night.

Omal: Art Bell yes, we have had reports on this gentleman.

Russ: well he does a lot for certain aspects of phenomenon let’s say.

Omal: but he touches on things that are fields of…..

Russ: fancy?

Omal: yes.

Russ: ahh.

Omal: flights of fancy would be a better way of putting it.

Russ: correct.

Omal: for example, has anybody heard anything more on the Hale–Bopp companion?

Russ: just what I put on the webpage.

Omal: but recently?

Russ: yeah, his whole page is all devoted to that companion thing and it’s like that satellite object, he’s got far sight reports, he’s got some people who say that’s a ninth power star that’s been misidentified as being the companion.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: which is actually true.

Omal: yes.

Russ: but then he’s just feeding the controversy which is how he makes his money….

Omal: yes.

Russ: it is Rush Limbaugh all over again, he’s an entertainer.

Omal: correct.

Russ: hmm, now he did mention on his program that I follow a little bit on the HAARP Project.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: now one of the things about the HAARP Project that I’m looking at....that I listened to him on the other night was the fact that they are going to start broadcasting now I guess just this week coming up here. Just start doing some low-power testing and working up over a two-year period to five billion watts.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: which is the most anybody’s ever pushed it up into the atmosphere. And so the HAARP people in Alaska are giving out the ham frequency ratios of frequencies that they're going to be broadcasting on and for ham operators to record and then send back the observations they pick up all around the world.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: your comments on this?

Omal: my comments on this are as I've stated before, you are sending energy to heat up the ionosphere, it may have effect, it may agitate the ozone layer but it will do no more harm. It may cause a little harm, it may burn a hole in the ozone so it is difficult to say how it will affect but we predict that there will not be that much harm. It will be called a success and to a certain extent it will be a success but no more than throwing a piece of paper in the air and watching it float to the ground and saying that it is flying.

Russ: well in two years who knows if they'll still be testing?

Omal: correct.

Russ: okay. I have a question about Bob real quick. He’s moving out to the Four Corners area of Colorado….

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and as we’ve discussed before, we’ve had some incidences of…..

Omal: pink pyramids.

Russ: pink pyramids in the Four Corners area. I thought you might explain this to Bob a little bit so he’ll have a better idea of what he’s going into.

Omal: okay there is another group of individuals that do channelings. They are a newly ascended seventh dimension race. They are called Arcturians. The best way to describe them is they are a over-helping race that want you to be like them. A way to describe them, do you follow your entertainment of “Star Trek”?

Bob: no.

Omal: hmm, it is hard to describe them. They’re a collective consciousness that work together almost as one. They wish to bring you up to their level by telling you the lessons instead of you learning them and not learning, they wish you to be like them in almost every aspect. That they will think for you, they will take care of you, they will make sure you have everything that you wish and desire but you will not learn and you will not be ready to ascend to the seventh dimension without the lessons of the sixth and the third. What they are trying to do is spread their information and to a certain extent they are a good and peaceable race but their purpose is wrong. They do not understand that you have to learn the lessons, you cannot be told the lessons and given all the answers without learning, you have to learn for yourselves. Not have it told to you this is how it is, this is why it is. From that you learn the words but not the experiences and by that you do not have your own choice or free will. That is what it basically boils down to is that the Arcturians want to take away your free will and your choice to learn at your own speed. It is like having a child and giving a child all the information and knowledge that the child needs for its whole entire life, all that it will learn in the space of a few weeks.

Bob: so does this group seek out new people to the area and identifying people who are probably……

Omal: vibrational frequencies of individuals reflect their evolutionary levels and also their levels of understanding. Somebody that is gullible but spiritually conscious and quite evolved on an evolutionary level of the mind is a prime suspect and target for them. Somebody that they will seek out if that person openly wears their spirituality. If the person is circumspect about their spirituality, it is obvious that they are not naive and gullible so therefore they will try other deceptive ways. But, it depends on the individual and whether it is necessary for them to learn that lesson of being taken in as it were. And it is advantageous that you are forewarned, you will know what to look for, being approached for your skills and being able to fit in with the spiritual community. However I get the feeling that recent events that are occurring in that area is making it difficult for them to grow and proceed with their grand pyramid design. After all it is an expensive project to design a pyramid with pink marble. And the funding seems to be lacking so therefore I do not see it as a threat to you, more as a learning experience which could be very advantageous. Something that you will be look at with a good smile and say that was an interesting and fun experience. Now that you are aware, it is up to you to make the choice of whether you wish to go their route or your own route. We cannot lay down for you how you should proceed, it is the information that we give you is for you to decide to use as you wish. If you wish to follow their path, that is the path that you have decided to follow and that is what you must learn. If you decide not to follow their path and to watch with amusement, again that is your path that you wish to learn from.

Bob: it’s more of a education being along the lines of history, archaeology….

Omal: ahh, I have reason to believe that there is a lot of archaeological interests, especially in the natives that were indigenous to that area, the natives of the hill-dwelling communities. There are certainly lots of architecture within that area that I understand that you would be fascinated with. But remember when you walk around these areas and you come across a large rock, to look down at your feet and to pick up what you may find. You will understand.

Russ: so this has possibly have to do with something of his past life that you’re talking about?

Omal: more than likely yes but it is a feeling of, "I must go there and admire the architecture" and it is quite possible that you were or will be experiencing your past life. I believe that the area was inhabited by a tribe called the Zuni?

Bob: uh-huh.

Omal: so therefore it is possible that you were a member of that tribe. You may have the feeling of contentment, confusion or numerous other feelings in that area. They may be present feelings but they could also quite equally be past life experiences of events that occurred. But remember, when you find a large rock near the ruins, look down at your feet and pick up what you may. Next question please.

Russ: well when I was in the area, I felt similar as if I had been there in a prior life but at the same time it felt like there was lots of ghosts you might say. Is this just from the religious beliefs of them that kept the spirits in that area or that just the spiritual rituals they did created a lot of energy patterns that hung around?

Omal: it is echoes from the past. The energy that they performed for the ceremonies have a tendency to linger. It is like if you switch off the light, you will see for a brief second or two, the light will continue to burn even though there is no power there. When you summons a lot of spiritual and physical energy, things will linger. A great disturbance, the energy will linger and repeat itself from time to time.

Russ: hmm, now one of the things Bob will see out there that he might enjoy or come to enjoy is these pits that they made.

Bob: kivas.

Russ: yeah, kivas they’re called and they apparently held many spiritual ceremonies inside of these but archaeologists can’t really determine the nature of the ceremonies or how they were performed or what they were......the purpose of them except for the fact that they were performed there.

Omal: there is a belief of the current indigenous race that are there, I believe they’re called Hopi?

Bob: uh-huh.

Omal: yes, they’re descended from the Zuni. They believe that in the circles in the ground there is another little circle and they believe that they came from that place, from within the circle, the smaller circle inside the buildings that are sunken into the ground and that is the passageway from......

Bob: creation.

Omal: creation to the current world but it is a symbolic place. The original place is lost in time and memory to where it was.

Russ: are you talking about like a doorway?

Omal: one second please.

Russ: oh sorry.

Omal: Tia has informed me that Mark has an Internet friend that is from New Mexico I believe or Arizona area that is a member of the Hopi tribe that he talks to on the Internet.

Russ: hmm.

Omal: she is suggesting that he may want to contact this individual.

Russ: okay. Excellent, that’s information I hadn’t had before. Hmm, so this echoes of Stargate kind of thing?

Omal: no, it is a gateway from their first or second level world to this world, it is where they came up from. The doorway from a flood that they experienced which forced them up from a lower world to another world and then there was another flood where water followed them up and into another world I believe it is.....it is a deep long ago memory that I’m trying to remember. I believe it was maybe four or six worlds that they had to go through before they arrived at this one and the water followed them up through the entrance way, the gate or portal or doorway, whatever you wish to call it. It is not a trip from one world to another but a from a lower world. A little bit like your myths and legends that you read in your book, Middle Earth, the fourth age, the second age, the first age.

Russ: hmm and the water followed them and yet…..so where’s the symbolism of the water following them? Did they stop the water?

Omal: I do not recall their story too well but any time a dream or a story of native Americanism is…..

Russ: now this is similar to the Egyptians who believe that  you cross over the river Styx to reach….

Omal: that is the Greeks.

Russ: oh Greeks. Egyptians had something similar though because you had to use the boats and some think Anubis I think is in charge of that.

Omal: yes, crossing the great river.

Russ: correct. So it follows in many different cultures, not just….

Omal: not just the Native Americans.

Russ: yeah fascinating, thank you Omal.

Bob: so when I have had quite a few dreams in my life…

Omal: uh-huh.

Bob: over the last few years where for some reason or another I’m in water but I realize I can breathe underwater. So there is a connection there in my dreams?

Omal: yes, I would say that your dreams when you in the water are very spiritual kind of dream. It is that you are in a spiritual consciousness.

Bob: like I say, I’m really comfortable there.

Omal: well it is a feeling of long ago and it is also the fact that if you look at it from a spiritual point, you are spiritually conscious. You not only immersed in the spirit world but is it around you, within your lungs, within you so that you are in tune and conscious. And the comfort feeling comes from the fact that it is very reminiscent of something that happened before you breathed air so it is a nice comforting feeling. Okay, last questions please.

Tia: uh-huh and some of their beliefs…..Mark has made references to the Morgana?

Tia: and that they wear red……

Tia: and the Hopi’s have a belief that their true white brother will come wearing a red hat or a red cloak covering his or her head.

Russ: interesting.

Tia: yes, I thought so too. I was listening when Mark had a revelation and almost jumped out of his chair but you ask Mark about that, I don’t know the full story.

Tia: some, some, we have a story of……it’s a story of the land being dry and barren and then water welling up bringing life to the thirsty and creatures of the water sprouting from the ground.

Karra: it does. Anyway, down to business. Tia’s fond of telling people to get down to business. Okay, what can I do to help this evening?

Russ: well let’s see, we entered in on your section on photonic healing…..

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: on using energy like that on the webpage.

Karra: Tia told me.

Russ: uh-huh and your daughter is now pregnant.

Karra: uh-huh. Yes, well mistakes happen.

Russ: and anything you can put out for the webpage would be very of course.....

Karra: hmm, I was expecting to answer questions.

Russ: I had a lot of stuff worked up for Omal but of course healing wise I didn’t have a whole lot going. Oh, Bob's got a question.

Karra: ahhh, speak.

Bob: I go to sleep at night, sometimes I sleep on my side, I’ll feel that arm starting to go to sleep. Is there anything that…….?

Karra: hmm, it’s possible that you might have separated it temporarily and pinched a nerve but only a portion of the nerve. It’s like having a piece of string and pinching down on it with your fingers but only pinching down on the side. See it’s a useful piece of string or a useful nerve but yet it's still attached and pressured and when you lay down on your side and apply pressure to that, it applies pressure to the nerve endings or the nerve and your arm goes asleep or has that feeling that it is heavy and useless and you can’t manipulate it properly.

Bob: so how do I cure it or will it cure itself usually?

Karra: it will cure itself in time, especially when you’re working your arm again when it's fully recovered. Sometimes things take longer to recover as we progress further on and it is something that takes time. What you might try is using a hot patch or, not a hot patch, a warm patch on the damaged area and that will loosen up muscles and the muscle tissue enough that you might be able to flex your arm without hurting and it may pop out.

Russ: like a heating pad?

Karra: yes kind of but you don’t want a heating pad because that would get too hot and the blood will flow away and that will cause problems in itself and not make it as easy. But by applying warmth for a long period of time, it may make it.......well it will make the muscles relax and easier to manipulate. You may try massaging gently over that area with the tips your fingers once you reach an appropriate heat where it feels comfortable.

Russ: what about something like Bengay which is applied heat but it’s just a warm heat for your muscles for a long period of time. Or Mentholatum rub, something like that.

Karra: oh I do hate the smell of those things.

Russ: yeah I know, I know.

Karra: makes people smell like a pharmacy. Yes that will work with the massaging process and massaging it in will have a little bit of benefit but that’s actually a psychosomatic way of healing it. You don’t really heal it, what you’re doing is you’re taking away the pain by applying an irritation so that you forget about the pain and are more concerned with the heat from the deep heat or the Bengays or the Tiger.....

Russ: balm.

Karra: oh, Tiger Balm?

Bob: so this is not a concern to go to a doctor and just give it time to heal?

Karra: time will heal it but if it gets worse and more common then I would recommend going to one of your earth healers, they're pretty good at that sort of thing. I don’t trust them when it comes to dealing with healing the mind but they sometimes can cause more problems than they solve. For example a lot of these repressed, so-called memories of child abuse, they can turn an innocent event into something horrific. But that is doctors that manipulate the mind.

Russ: psychologists.

Bob: so I have a friend that’s 2,000 miles away…

Karra: uh-huh.

Bob: just wondering if there’s a possibility of long-distance healing?

Karra: hmm, yes there is to a certain extent, it is more how well-connected you are. But the energy flow from one person to another, it is the flow of energy and as we’ve discussed in the past with Russ, a healing energy can have a lot of effect and that can help.

Russ: well Karra’s worked on me from 93,000,000 miles away.

Karra: 88 at the moment.

Russ: 88 at the moment. So I’d say yeah, you’re doing a lot better than we are.

Karra: that’s quite right, that does work, I will vouch for the fact that it does work. It is a matter of connecting the flow of the energy in certain patterns and pulling it through the body in certain ways. So Mark’s lessons......if he is whispering correctly......all those years ago, three years ago helped then I assume with the astral travel aspect?

Bob: it’s hard to say if it was real.

Karra: uh-huh.

Bob: I don’t know, this was almost more like the lines of telepathy….

Karra: uh-huh.

Bob: than anything.

Karra: well you can use can use the telepathy wave as a carrier signal to astral travel I believe but you'd would have to ask Tia. But Tia says that Mark has a "How to Astral Travel" on his computer?

Russ: uh-huh.

Karra: you should print that up and give a copy to Bob.

Russ: okay.

Karra: okay I’m going to depart as the body temperature’s at 98.7 at the moment.

Russ: well Bob is going to be leaving us for Colorado soon.

Kiri: yes, well the guests are, the competitors we’ve constructed a temporary area down at Lake Dolphin so that they can hike up the back of the mountain to the snow and everything.

Russ: isn’t this rather advantageous to the Hades Base skiers?

Kiri: no not really.

Russ: why, because all these visiting top competitors are now hiking up a mountain to get…..

Kiri: figure of speech.

Kiri: actually they’ll be running on trolleys. In all seriousness, we’ve got accommodation from down at Lake Dolphin, they have the option to hike if they so wish but we are running trolleys to the escalators and then from the escalators to……..not escalators, elevators. From there we have another trolley at the top of the departure place all the way over to the entrance to the racetracks.

Russ: oh good then.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: sounds nice, how many competitors are going to be from each base?

Kiri: there’s 40 from each base.

Russ: well that’s neat.

John: and how many bases?

Kiri: there’s going to be a total of three bases including us.

John: so you’ve got 120 competitors?

Kiri: uh-huh.

John: is that correct?

Kiri: that’s correct.

Russ: plus the 40 of the champions if I get that right of anybody who can sign up for that?

Kiri: anybody that’s present.

Russ: ahhh.

Kiri: so that’s the competitors themselves can sign up for it.

Kiri: I’m signed up.

Kiri: yeah.

Russ: excellent.

Kiri: uh-huh as it’s the only race I’m competing in this year.

Russ: well that’s good. So who’s doing all the hosting of parties and everything?

Kiri: oh the corner bar is hosting all the parties.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Kiri: plus guests, we have a area set up at the bottom of the hill for them.

Kiri: we're closing down the bar……

Kiri: for that week.

Russ: oh so they're getting a new corner bar let’s say?

Kiri: basically yeah.

Russ: rather large.

Kiri: uh-huh, it’s about twenty times larger than it was.

Kiri: it has a dance floor, it has a restaurant that’s going to be open 24 hours. The bar will be open from local time of 12 high noon to two in the evening. Dance bar......we’ve also got a stage for the bands and a dance area for that that will also be used for the banquets and everything.

Russ: sounds like it’s going to be quite an enjoyable racing day.

Kiri: uh-huh. Well we have the racers compound and we also have the competitors compound, the racers and competitors. The competitors is competitors only. No coaches, team captains, if they’re competing in the downhill, it’s only downhill racers that are in there.

Russ: hmm, they’ll keep it from being too crowded.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: and so these are all being broadcast to each of the two bases….

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: Sirius and Centauri bases.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: ahh, so it’s sort of like our TV without the interviews or are there going to be like commentators or how’s that work?

Kiri: no interviewers. There will be commentators and there will be a tour of what’s going on. You’ll have the option to watch the bands playing or you can hear the band playing with somebody skiing down. It’s all set up, individual preference.

Russ: oh really? All in three dimensional holograms?

Kiri: yeah, pretty cool uh-huh?

Russ: I think it’s going to be a lovely……..I wish we could get it broadcast down here on the TV here.

Kiri: uh-huh, it’d be awesome.

Tia: I’m back. Hey, how’s it going dude?

John: good, how you doing?

Tia: I’m doing fine I think. Okay, you had a question for us.

John: yeah, let’s talk about the stock market…..

Tia: uh-huh.

John: that’s one of your favorite subjects……

Tia: uh-huh.

John: and it is over the 2,000 mark.

Tia: been over the 2,000 mark for a long time, 7,000 is what you mean.

John: but yeah, yeah, 7,000 mark, excuse me. What do you think about that, what’s your thoughts on the
stock market?

Tia: well it seems to be accelerating rather rapidly in its bullishness which I see as a danger. I mean you’ve got people pouring money in and its mushrooming and if it mushrooms, I mean how much bigger can it grow? 8,000, 9,000, 10,000?

John: well can it grow that far? I don’t see it, I can’t see that.

Tia: I don’t know but what happens when the people take their money out of the market, that’s the thing I’m interested in?

John: okay, so we’re in a bull market, we're over 7,000…..

Tia: uh-huh.

John: and you don’t have any insight besides it possibly escalating at too rapid of a rate or....?

Tia: oh it’s definitely too rapid of a rate in my opinion. I’m going to wait until Greenspan makes his state of the economy address and see what happens. That’s what I’m waiting for and I believe that’s going to be on Thursday. We’ll see what happens then.

John: okay.

Tia: there is the possibility that……..here’s my prediction. He’s going to talk about how great the stock market’s doing, how well the investors are doing, the economy is growing, inflation is down, unemployment is down and maybe it’s time to put the brakes on the bull market and turn it into a bear market temporarily just to slow it down a bit. That I could see as a danger. But that’s my prediction that he’s going to say the economy is going great, it’s growing at about 5½%.

John: okay so the transition from us going from a bull market into a bear market right now, you feel is quite a dangerous situation?

Tia: whichever way it goes is a dangerous situation. If the growth slows down to an acceptable level where it climbs one week and then drops back down and may end up from the previous week losing 10 points and then the following week it climbs 10 points on the previous week so it basically stays in the same sort of area. But these wild roller coaster rides of losing 84 points, picking up 101 points strikes me as very dangerous and unstable.

John: well it strikes me as being very dangerous and unstable too, that’s why I’m inquiring with you because you seem to be the expert up there on….

Tia: oh I’m no expert, there are people that understand it much better than I do but…….

John: yeah but I mean you do understand the situation and you do understand my concern that it’s a very dangerous situation right now where we’re at.

Tia: I wouldn’t say very dangerous but it is dangerous. It depends on if you are invested in the stock market on how dangerous it is.

John: no, no, I don’t have any investments in the stock market but…..

Tia: no I mean you as a generalized and how is she?

Russ: excellent, she’s doing really well.

Tia: okay, let’s move on to Bob, do you have a question?

Kiri: I’m looking forward to this year’s flower season….

Russ: hmm.

Kiri: I’ve already traded about eight cases of wine for…..

Russ: some pink ones?

Kiri: yes. If it’s a good year, I should be able to get 12 bunches, a dozen.

Russ: that would be nice.

Kiri: uh-huh but the eight cases is a down payment, I’m going to probably have to pay another 92 cases which I can probably turn around……and I’m paying wholesale. And what I’ll probably do is sell 15 for maybe about 150 cases of wine.

Russ: good God.

Kiri: or, each flower will go for a bolt of material.

Russ: doesn’t this wine being traded all over the place get shook up a bit?

Kiri: no, we keep it in a stasis field.

Russ: oh, that's handy.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: now........

Kiri: yes?

Russ: you’re using the fifth dimension…..

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: is that something that you guys have it down to a pat science?

Kiri: no, I wish it was.

Russ: we haven’t talked about this before……

Kiri: okay.

Russ: except for the fact of the use of it of the guy with the watering can….

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: and the fact that you can put the base in that area….

Kiri: you could probably put the base into the watering can. Those have special power supplies that keep the effects the same.

Russ: right.

Kiri: and when you finish with it you have to go and plug it in and it has approximately maybe a half an hour to an hour’s use.

Russ: oh.

Kiri: I mean the other day Mark told me that he watered a whole entire greenhouse, some huge potted plants outside all with his tiny, little watering can he was at it for close to I think half an hour then all of a sudden it was empty. Okay, quick joke.

Russ: uh-huh.

Kiri: okay, Arnold Palmer dies right? Goes up to heaven and he’s asked to play on a threesome right? And he tees off with the threesome and his drive goes 305 yards right? The next person tees off and his ball goes about 310 yards and the third guy tees off with his wings and everything and he goes about a 300 yard drive and he turns around and Arnold Palmer’s talking to the two guys and goes, “well I’m Arnold Palmer” and one goes, “yes I know, I’m Jesus and this is the Angel David”. And they watch the fourth person tee off and the ball goes whoosh, straight over the green, lands in a trap. And they carry on playing and this keeps on happening for about the first nine holes and then finally Arnold Palmer turns around to Jesus and goes, “who’s this guy think he is, God?” And Jesus goes, “no, that is God, he thinks he’s Jack Nicholas”.

Russ: good one.

Kiri: okay. I thought you might like that for Michael, Michael might like that one.

Russ: oh yeah.

Kiri: okay, here’s another one for you.

Russ: all right.

Kiri: Arnold Palmer, he’s out at a golf club and he’s playing with three guys and he says, “excuse me, I’m going to go to the bathroom” and he comes back out right? And his right leg’s wet all the way down through here right? And they kind of ignore the fact and they go through all 18 holes, they get to the clubhouse right? And by this point they’re pretty good friends, they’re sitting at the bar, having a few drinks and then Arnold Palmer says, “excuse me, I have to go to the bathroom”. And off he goes and then he comes back out and his left leg is wet all the way down. And at this point one of the guys goes, “look, I couldn’t help noticing but earlier on your right leg was wet all the way down through there and now it’s your left leg. And Arnold Palmer goes, “well, it’s a little embarrassing but what happens is, I’m in the stall right? And I’m standing there and this guy goes, “oh, you’re Arnold Palmer”.

Russ: oh Lord.

Kiri: I don’t understand these golfer jokes, just the one’s I’ve heard Mark has told me.

Russ: not many golfer places up there are there?

Kiri: no.

Russ: never caught on huh?

Kiri: no, what’s the point of chasing a little white ball when………..nevermind. If I wanted to chase a little white ball around I’d chase a rabbit’s tail. But anyway, as I was saying, you got the editorial that…….? Not the editorial, the…..

Russ: the Tia…..

Kiri: Tia’s thing.
