SIDE
ONE
(Kiri is the night's ring
mistress)
Russ: this should be interesting tonight, nobody has
anything except for Carrie for questions.
Carrie: I wrote down some questions this week.
Russ: and I didn't.
Kiri: shock, horror, stunned, amazement.
Russ: boy, what a change of pace.
Kiri: well, it's nice change.
Russ: yeah, great change.
Kiri: at least somebody's prepared.
Russ: I was going to ask about my fun, little, new
toy here but of course it doesn't work anymore. So
how come you didn't scan it? Oh, you can't scan it,
can you?
Kiri: that's right, I don't astral travel. Well, not
worth mentioning anyway and let's not mention things
that aren't worth mentioning.
Russ: if you insist. So anyway, Mike's first trip
and you get to meet somebody new for a change.
Kiri: oohh, new people.
Russ: very rare.
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: so how are you doing my dear?
Kiri: fine.
Russ: how's Alex?
Kiri: Alex is fine.
Russ: good.
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: we're going to borrow him.
Kiri: have you asked?
Russ: we're asking now as a matter fact.
Kiri: but you said that as a matter of it's already
taken care of.
Russ: well we know your answer.
Kiri: no, you can't borrow him.
Russ: yes we can.
Kiri: says who?
Russ: Mark.
Kiri: hmmmm.
(Russ starts laughing)
Kiri: I'll have to talk to him about this you know.
Russ: well he said it was okay. It's just to put
some crystals down in a pyramid, it's pretty simple
stuff.
Kiri: so you're going to have him manifesting
crystals, huh?
Russ: well yeah, it's only because I can't.
Kiri: he can't either.
Russ: well he can smooth them out.
Kiri: polish them maybe.
Russ: yeah.
Kiri: but you're going to have one very tired and
bad tempered little boy.
Russ: no, you are. We're just borrowing him.
Kiri: you borrow him, you settle him down, you tend
to him when he's cranky.
Russ: well, Karra will.
Kiri: no, you do it.
Russ: hey, I don't know how to handle kids.
Kiri: well, now it's good time to learn.
Russ: well maybe my kids.
Kiri: you sort them out.
Russ: all right, fine, I will.
Kiri: and have you asked him?
Russ: who, Alex?
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: well not yet, no.
Kiri: well I think you ought to ask him first.
Russ: well I plan on it.
Kiri: you ought to ask his teacher too.
Russ: Omal?
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: Omal will be talking.
Kiri: of course.
Russ: I thought you wanted to get him at better at
what he does?
Kiri: well, you assumed automatically and already
that he was going to do it. You did not ask me.
Russ: we've had this discussion already.
Kiri: but you never asked him.
Russ: didn't I ask him? I didn't ask him?
Carrie: no.
Russ: you sure?
Carrie: you insisted that he was going to help.
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: we'll have fun.
Kiri: yeah.
Russ: he can play with my kids.
Kiri: don't want him corrupted you know.
Russ: that's it, we'll show him Mary Poppins again.
Kiri: definitely not.
(Russ to Carrie)
Russ: well I just showed a Mary Poppins once.
Kiri: and rotted his brain, can you believe it?
Russ: rotted his brains. I grew up on Mary Poppins
and look at me, I'm fine.
Kiri: that's a matter of opinion.
Carrie: that's debatable.
Kiri: until I explained it to Russ, Russ thought the
world was flat.
Russ: I'll show Alex "Star Wars" for that.
Kiri: don't need to watch "Star Wars", we have the
real McCoy up here, you know?
Russ: yes, that's true, that's true. Wookies and
all.
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: well it will be a beneficial experience for
him when we're done.
Kiri: what, watching "Star Wars"?
Russ: no, no, no, helping us out. Well I'd do it but
it wouldn't last very long.
Kiri: you mean to say you're opposed to actually
getting down there and using polishing stones and
cloths to polish it yourself? You'd get a little
eighteenth month year old.....
Russ: uh-huh.
Kiri: and you get him to work his poor little tush
off. You know your planet has laws against that sort
of thing. I ought to turn you in you know. Child
labor laws I believe they're called.
Russ: but Alex says he's 18.
Kiri: yeah, months. And don't come running to me
when he sets fire to things by looking at them. Do
you know what you're getting yourselves into?
Russ: could be fun.
Kiri: yeah, you'll need more than a new apartment by
the time he's done.
Russ: well maybe it is a bad idea.
Kiri: sounds like you've got native problems
tonight.
Russ: who, the cats?
Kiri: no, they're banging on their drums out there.
Russ: oh, the neighbors.
Kiri: natives.
Russ: natives, neighbors. Well you know, I can't
hear them so it doesn't matter to me.
Kiri: that's all that loud music you listen to. So,
you guys have been listening to......
Carrie: well now I did hear something when I went
upstairs but I thought it was the video that Mark
was recording.
Kiri: you have questions?
Carrie: I have one I can ask you.
Kiri: okay.
Russ: there you go.
Carrie: okay, when a person has psychic visions,
they often can't prevent it.
Kiri: uh-huh.
Carrie: what's the use of predicting an event if you
can't prevent it if there is no way to prove it?
Kiri: it's a warning.
Carrie: a warning for what?
Kiri: for the person that's predicting the event.
They can tell people that it's going to happen and
people are going to die and people are going to
disbelieve them.
Carrie: but what if....? Because like when I was
younger, when I used to do things....
Kiri: uh-huh.
Carrie: I predicted it the night before it happened
so when it did happen that day....
Kiri: uh-huh.
Carrie: I mean, I always thought it was just a dream
and then it would happen that day, I haven't had a
chance to talk to anyone about it or just stop it.
Kiri: uh-huh, but was it things relating to you?
Carrie: once there was. Once there was an airplane
crash that I predicted and it happened that
morning......
Kiri: uh-huh.
Carrie: and I predicted that night. And the other
time was when my best friend had died, I predicted
it that night.
Kiri: well it's preparing you for the worst. It's
preparing you for the worst, it's a preparation.
Russ: preparing for the worst?
Carrie: yeah but......
Kiri: expect the worst and.........yeah, but........
Carrie: you know what I mean?
Kiri: but it's a way of learning what's going to
happen and preparing you for it and being able to
understand that being able to know something but
there's nothing that you can do about it.
Russ: well it's like Nostradamus predicted that the
end of the world would be foretold......
Carrie: you butthead.
Russ: what?
Carrie: you complete butthead.
Russ: what?
Carrie: you're a moron.
Russ: what?
Carrie: you have no questions and you took it
because I talked to you the other night about
Nostradamus.
Russ: it doesn't have anything to do with her
questions, she's automatically saying it does.
Carrie: uh-huh.
Russ: I'm afraid not darling. Will you listen to my
question and then decide?
Carrie: yeah, but it's only because we were talking
about it the other night that you bring up
Nostradamus.
Russ: no, it's because the news report I heard a
week ago that I'm coming up with this.
Carrie: uh-huh, sure.
Russ: so hush up and let me talk.
Carrie: okay.
(Carrie starts to chuckle)
Russ: Nostradamus predicted that the end of the
world would be foretold by a bearded star. A bearded
star has been seen as the comet that just hit
Jupiter. Because it broke up and looked like a
bearded star through the telescopes and yet does
this foretell the end of the world or hitting and we
don't see major destruction's happening because of
it?
Kiri: but it's not on your planet so how can it be
affecting your planet? The only way that it could
affect your planet is if Jupiter had enough heat
generated by the explosion that the chemical
reaction necessary for it to ignite would occur.
Russ: right.
Carrie: maybe Nostradamus was predicting about
Jupiter.
Russ: well looking at this and it's not
happening.......
Kiri: uh-huh, so obviously.......
Carrie: Nostradamus, if you've ever studied on
Nostradamus, he said things in ways that he could
not have basically slit his own throat. When he
predicted JFK's assassination, he said in the midst
of the trees. He did not say the grassy knoll. He
said there would be a second assassin in the midst
of the trees or in the midst of the woods.
Kiri: uh-huh.
Carrie: he meant the grassy knoll.
Kiri: you have to remember that when he was writing
it, people did tend to get burned at the stake for
witchcraft.
Carrie: that's why he was killed, because he did get
killed because his witchcraft.
Kiri: no, he died of natural causes, he saw his own
death.
Carrie: oh, that's right, I was thinking of Edgar
Casey.
Russ: well Casey died of natural causes too.
Kiri: who?
Carrie: Edgar Casey, in the 1930's, he was a prophet
too.
Kiri: a seer.
Carrie: yeah, well they called Nostradamus a prophet
but one of my questions was going to be about the
prophets who predicted the end of the world and have
predicted so many events that came true. I mean
there is so much talk about the end of the world
right now, and so much of their predictions came
true, it would help if end of the world isn't going
to come true.
Kiri: well, some prophets of already said the world
would end in '82, '88, '91, apparently we're
all...or you've been all too drunk to notice that
it's already ended.
Carrie: who said that? I heard that on TV the other
day.
Kiri: I said it
Carrie: no, I heard it on TV.
Kiri: I said it a while back.
Carrie: while I was here?
Kiri: uh-huh.
Carrie: I could of swore I heard it on TV too.
Kiri: it's in one of those tapes over there.
Carrie: maybe you did, maybe that was you.
Kiri: I get around you know.
(Carrie starts to chuckle)
Kiri: stick out my leg and shake it at passing
spacecraft and hitch a ride.
Russ: hey by the way, you pregnant yet?
Kiri: won't know until tomorrow.
Russ: oh.
Kiri: trying, trying very hard, practicing lots.
Carrie: that's the best part.
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: well good luck tomorrow.
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: so my dear, anything you can do to help me fix
my new toy?
Kiri: I can reprogram it if you want.
Russ: when you turn off the machine, it's supposed
to go back to the factory settings.......
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: this is going back to stuff that was never
even entered in at the factory.
Kiri: I wonder what sort of energy she's using. We
do have a search party out for her.
Russ: look for Mark and you'll find Tia.
Kiri: well we've asked the computer to locate her
and it tells us where she is and by the time we get
there she's gone. Well she's kind of walking around
in a pattern, trying to figure out if there's a
pattern to this random pattern. Okay, more
questions.
Carrie: mine seem so stupid now.
Kiri: well ask them anyway.
Russ: if not, it's a good laugh.
Carrie: at least I have my own questions.
Russ: oh, like I'm stealing yours.
Carrie: you are.
Russ: yeah right.
Kiri: if you want, I can coerce him to stick his
fingers down his throat.
Carrie: no, that's too harsh.
Kiri: well how about up his nose?
Carrie: okay.
Russ: try your best my dear.
Carrie: just joking.
Russ: give it your best shot. She doesn't have the
range.
Kiri: no I don't unfortunately, sometimes I can do
it.
Carrie: wait until you get up there.
(Carrie gives an evil laugh)
(Karra
is one of the four regular speakers tonight)
Karra: good evening.
Russ: hi Karra.
Karra: greetings beanpole.
Russ: welcome back.
Karra: Carrie....
Carrie: hi Karra.
Karra: and.......Mike.
Mike: hi.
Russ: what's up darling?
Karra: patience.
Russ: I'm learning it, aren't I?
Karra: yes indeed.
Russ: yes.
Karra: okay, let us get down to business.
Russ: okay.
Carrie: don't look at me.
(Russ and Carrie start laughing)
Karra: as I was about to say, we've got some
nicotine going over there. Arm patches.
Russ: that's a good point. I mean I don't know,
Carrie told me the other night she was reaching for
a cigarette and put it back in the pack.
Carrie: I did last night. I was getting mad and I
went for a cigarette and I put it back. And I've
only smoked like maybe six today.
Karra: that's six too many.
Carrie: I know.
Karra: and you smoke too, don't you?
Carrie: can't you tell her?
Karra: it is hard when many people smoke. There are
three smokers in this room and one ex-smoker of
other substances. So we've got a really good
collection here.
Russ: oh yeah.
Carrie: collection of......
Russ: lungs from hell.
Karra: little, black, uckey gunk nestled around in
the various little air sacs.
Russ: well that's all right.
Karra: you put it on pause?
Russ: no it's not, it's still going. No, they do
have good news because of the fact they've seen my
play toy and they know they have to avoid smoking
indoors.
Carrie: yes.
Karra: good, good good. Okay, I'll ignore that for
you tonight.
Carrie: okay.
Russ: yeah, she'll be dead, in the ground with lung
cancer and she will have quit eventually.
(Carrie and Mike both start laughing)
Karra: Kiri's telling me that Mark says that giving
up smoking is on his list of things to do after
breathing.
Russ: let me know how it will work out. You have to
admire the ideals that.....
Karra: yes, the ideals that unfortunately do not
meet up with practice.
Russ: oh well.
Karra: anyway, you have questions.
Carrie: well I was going to give you the update on
my health, thank you.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: I'm sure everybody's clued you in.
Karra: yes.
Carrie: but I'm going back to the doctor
tomorrow......
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: because I'm still bleeding and I got really
sick last night. I still don't think it's what he
said it was, I don't think.
Karra: yeah, said it was an infection.
Carrie: yeah. Said it was like PID, pelvic
inflammatory disease.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: and I talked to another woman today who's
had like six miscarriages and she said she thinks it
might be a tubal pregnancy. My mother's sticking
with it, the doctor said what he thought it was but
he didn't find any toxins in my blood but then I've
been so healthy the past six months that my blood
might just be rejecting away out of me.
Karra: that's a possibility.
Carrie: you know? Because all I've been feeding my
body is natural stuff.
Karra: yeah.
Carrie: I've been taking natural vitamins, herbs in
the morning, I don't put any chemicals in my body
anymore. And so......
Karra: you drink tea don't you?
Carrie: yeah, all the time.
Karra: you smoke cigarettes.
Carrie: well yeah.
Karra: but you're eating good stuff.
Carrie: yeah. I'm I'm taking good stuff that's
cleaning out my body. Karra, here I am thinking I'm
doing good.
Karra: yeah, "I keep my body healthy".
Carrie: I'm not saying that it's totally healthy.
I'm just saying that the inside, the inside is
healthier than it's ever been before.
(Karra takes an imaginary drag on a cigarette)
Karra: that's good.
Carrie: my blood....
Karra: has traces of nicotine in it.
Carrie: ohh.
Karra: I wouldn't make such a big fuss over it if I
didn't care.
Carrie: I know.
Karra: somebody's just been frog marched in.
Russ: ahh, she's back.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: you found her.
Karra: yes, under armed escort. Okay, questions.
Russ: okay. Edgar Casey was speaking about it in the
middle of my book and I just noticed it in my
library the other day when I was going through there
but he's got a book on healing. And I didn't realize
I had that in my library until I had this spotted.
And one very........well what benefits might, if you
have any recollection, that he might be able to be
of help?
Karra: there's a paragraph in there that's on about
channeling energies.
Russ: oh really?
Karra: might be useful for you to read it, can't
remember what part it's in. Okay, we're going to
link up with Kiri for a bit.
Russ: okay, cool.
(Kiri and Karra both now share Mark's body)
Kiri: it's crowded in here. So much space that's
crammed packed full. Okay.
Karra: first of all, can you stop her just in case
she decides to vandalize? There's the problem.
Russ: what's the problem?
Karra: bruised. Okay, you can release her and make a
big fuss of her. Now we can't really pack ice around
it to bring the bruising down, otherwise she's going
to get very funny and misbehave. Healing 101.
Actually, this is class two which would be 201 or
102? Okay, if we can get to.....
Russ: can you use me?
Karra: well we're pulling energy out. No, she's not
cooperating. I've never worked on felines before.
Russ: hmm.
Karra: can't get in there because she's got her paw
tucked under and I don't want to bring the paw out.
With your aid, I want to do it naturally.
Russ: I can move it this way......
Karra: no, I want her to do it naturally, got to get
her relaxed. That's better, we're going to do it
nice and gently.....here we go. Oh, you can whisper
louder if you want. There, good.....okay. And who
says that Kiri can't coerce over distance? Okay,
it's starting to hurt her a little bit, it's warming
up which is what we want but she's a skitty cat.
Okay, that will do for the time being as it's pretty
potent. Okay, I'm going to have to disengage from
trouble. Okay, we got the weird(?) out.
Russ: well that's good.
Karra: uh-huh, okay.
Russ: oh, so that's the ticket though. One crystal
for pulling energy out......
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: one crystal for pulling energy in.
Karra: that's right. Yes, Kiri is much more in tune
with the host. They share a sense of humor.
Russ: anyway, Mike was talking about Psionics.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: but what is some of the ways to use Psionics
to suit our needs?
Karra: oh, lots and lots of different ways. You want
me to list them?
Russ: well, just the basic ones.
Karra: now, you remember the crystal arrangement
that we had last week?
Russ: yeah.
Karra: that is an example there, creating a
resonance between all the crystals.
Russ: I see.
Karra: it creates a field around them. And
having......
Russ: wait a minute, I wasn't here for that, Carrie
was.
Carrie: I was?
Karra: that's correct.
Russ: Friday, I wasn't even in the room, you were.
Karra: it was a week ago, it wasn't Friday.
Russ: it was Tuesday, right. I didn't get to see the
crystals.
Karra: no, we had the healing crystal in its bowl
over there, we had the energy crystal behind it and
we had two clusters.
Russ: oh.
Karra: and what happens is by striking the bowl, it
creates a resonance in the main healing crystal
which then vibrates out and creates a resonance in
the other crystals. And the energy crystal at the
back helps to amplify.
Russ: oh, I see. So it feeds back on itself?
Karra: correct.
Russ: which is the same thing as Psionics.
Karra: correct.
Russ: where was Carrie during all of this?
Karra: sitting in the middle. Best place to be. Now
we had to........because I was not too certain of my
assumption because everything being rushed and set
up......
Kerry: well, it's more like you got rushed.
Karra: that's right. And it was a big, well not a
big, big glow like broken arms or legs I can fix
easily, but it was big enough to notice and signal
an area that seemed a bit.......was it, spreading?
You see a white glow in the center and you can tell
it is spreading out and it's hard to say it's the
center. Sometimes the center isn't actually where
the damage is so you see, it's hard to say.
Russ: now Carrie has to go to the doctor
tomorrow.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: so, what's wrong?
Karra: nothing.
Russ: with her?
Karra: not too sure yet. I'd have to run some tests,
feel the energy field. But as you going to a doctor
tomorrow, we can come and give you a second opinion.
But there isn't that much of a change in your aura
that would make me assume that it was something else
so I'm kind of at a loss.
Russ: yes. Oh, I like our new staircase by the way.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: so anyway, why does Sirius have purple grass?
Karra: why do you have green grass?
Russ: chlorophyll.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: so why does Sirius have purple grass?
Karra: you have purple grass in some places.
Russ: do we?
Karra: uh-huh. Not as bright as ours but there are
plants that have purple leaves that do just as fine.
It is what is suited to each environment.
Carrie: okay, here's a good question.
Karra: okay.
Carrie: why is the sky blue?
Karra: it's to do with water moisture mainly.
Russ: so the sun reflecting off of water moisture.
Carrie: oh yeah.
Karra: pretty much.
Carrie: water is not blue though. The reflection of
water is blue but water is clear.
Karra: exactly.
Carrie: how did it make a reflection?
Karra: it's to do with visible light and the
spectrum being broken down by........oh, it's quite
hard to explain.
Russ: oh, so that's why the water we see as blue and
that's why the sky is blue because it's
interchangeable as it is on Sirius where you have
way more water and you have blue skies also.
Karra: uh-huh, deductive reasoning.
Russ: they have like planets with green skies and
purple skies and stuff, right?
Karra: purple yes, but it's more of a reddy purple.
Red skies? Yes. Yellow skies.......to do with the
brightness of the sun and white skies, again to do
with the brightness of the sun and the type of suns.
Russ: oh.
Karra: you see the sun plays a very big part. This
is being relayed to me.
Carrie: cheating?
Karra: I'm not an astronomer, I'm a healer, remember
that.
(Russ and Carrie start to chuckle)
Russ: that's a good one.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: I enjoyed that.
Carrie: I thought that was cute.
Karra: you don't say much, do you Mike? He's a bit
bewildered by all this I assume.
Mike: I understand.
Karra: uh-huh. If you have any questions feel free
to ask, it doesn't matter......
Carrie: how stupid they are.
Karra: yeah, because.....
Russ: you should look at some of ours.
Mike: I found that out, yeah.
Karra: believe you me, I can hit a person from here
that's asking really dumb questions.
Russ: Kiri's even better than that.
Karra: yes.
Russ: well Carrie asked a question that's kinda
curious and Mark's response was to ask Kiri and that
is Carrie asked, "why it is that........or if she
has a double upon the fifth dimension?"
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and when Mark asked Kiri the same question, he
found out that he didn't.
Karra: he didn't.
Russ: would that be the same with Carrie then or
does she have a double on fifth dimension?
Karra: can't really discuss that.
Carrie: can't tell me?
Karra: you have to come up here and ask.
Carrie: I'm trying, I'm trying.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: I'm getting there, close, right?
Karra: you'd have to talk to our resident scitty
kitty.
Carrie: well I know she has been working with me a
lot.
Karra: uh-huh, you'd have to ask her.
Russ: okay. All right, now on my level on working
with my Psionic
device here.......
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and I'm working with you on how to assemble
that thing. Now basically, the subatomic particles
that I'm sending through that, are all controlled by
the mind. And so that any thought that I have is
going to reflect where those particles go and what
they do, correct?
Karra: yes.
Russ: okay. Now do I need an exact idea of what
they're going to do on to the very molecular level
or do they already know that?
Karra: you need an exact idea, you need to be able
visualize it.
Russ: so if I want to work on say........well let's
say cavities in my mouth, I want to fix any teeth
problems I have, I have to know exactly how cavities
are filled in.
Karra: uh-huh, yes.
Russ: man.
Karra: uh-huh. But it does help......
Carrie: you could be a doctor after this.
Karra: sorry?
Carrie: say, you could be a doctor after this.
Karra: uh-huh. Well I need help up here with my
team.
Russ: could have fooled me. Anyway, you were saying?
Karra: about needing help?
Russ: no, before that.
Karra: oh yes, you have to know exactly the
structure of the type of material that you need to
build to replace the damaged area.
Russ: do I need atomic measurements and stuff?
Atomic makeup of something that's......
Karra: no.
Russ: just that teeth are made up of.....
Karra: calcium.
Russ: calcium.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: but even knowing the fact that it's calcium
but even knowing the fact that is calcium, how many
molecules to what.....
Karra: no, you don't have to be that detailed, you
just keep going until it's filled in.
Russ: and so in another words, when I'm working with
this on other people, it's helpful for me to
know....
Karra: yes.
Russ: a little bit more about what is hurt.
Karra: but it's also handy to talk to them first to
find out what ails them.
Russ: right. Okay, that's why I wouldn't attempt to
do anything with Carrie right now due to the
fact........
Karra: for example, you asked somebody if they got a
pain in the chest, right?
Russ: right.
Karra: and you ask them, "well, what have you been
doing to cause a pain in the chest?" Anybody got a
pain in their chest here or have one from time to
time?
Carrie: uh-huh.
Mike: yeah.
Karra: okay, now you have a pain in your
chest.........here we go, healing time or an example
of. "Are you athletically active?" Okay, you said
you have a pain in your chest Mike?
Mike: yeah.
Karra: okay.
Carrie: he was shaking his
head.
Karra: yeah. What sort of
work environment do you have?
Mike: stressful.
Karra: stressful. Is there any pollutants constantly
in the air? What type of pollutants? Is that a fine
particle? Do you wear facemasks?
Mike: I use facemasks sometimes.
Karra: uh-huh. Do you ever feel that your nose is
clogged up?
Mike: it happens a lot.
Karra: can you taste it in your mouth sometimes?
Mike: that's true.
Karra: and here's the real crunch question, do you
smoke?
Mike: true.
Karra: there is a way of stopping it.
Mike: how's that?
Karra: quit smoking and wear a facemask more often.
Okay, Carrie, your chest pains, what is your work
environment?
Carrie: I don't like where this is going, God.
Karra: well I've got to have my fun too you know.
Kiri's had hers. It probably goes the same for Mark
too, that he needs to quit. I do enjoy this.
Russ: yes. Well at least they don't live in L.A..
Karra: true, true, that would really aggravate it.
Russ: yeah. Okay, so there's a bright spot I see.
Karra: uh-huh. But there is a way of cutting down on
the damage that you have caused though.
Russ: what's that?
Karra: regular exercise.
Carrie: I exercise.
Karra: uh-huh. They've worked for years.
Russ: well don't they have cigarettes that lower the
tar and nicotine and all that stuff?
Karra: all cigarettes are bad.
Carrie: yeah.
Russ: well yeah.
Carrie: but I do, I exercise. I work out.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: and my job is really inclined and I walk.
Karra: uh-huh. Do you guys like walking in the
woods?
Carrie: oh that reminds me, I've got a physical
fitness test done the other day?
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: and we did breathing capacity and lung
capacity.
Karra: uh-huh.
Carrie: and only having one lung and smoking, I got
a 3500 total, Average is 3000.
Karra: that's not too bad. I think the tape's almost
ready to flip over.
Carrie: not too bad, that's excellent.
Karra: do you want me to show you how it should be
done?
Carrie: what? Put in another tape or what?
Karra: no. Oh, dodge the question, dodge the
question. Bite the bullet.
Carrie: I'd say that's really good though.
Karra: uh-huh, I'd say it's good but you should be
doing 4000 easy.
Carrie: I could.
Karra: uh-huh, that's right.
Carrie: yeah, that's the hardest thing. I'm trying
to quit smoking.
Karra: you need to be mentally active whilst you're
quitting, you need a substitute. Chewing gum.
Carrie: I chew gum all the time anyways.
Karra: okay, what you can do is gradually, instead
of.......how many cigarettes do you smoke a day? You
smoke six.
Carrie: well today.
Karra: uh-huh. Okay, what you do is you find a
packet, an empty packet, right? And you put 15
cigarettes in.....
SIDE
ONE ENDS
|
SIDE TWO
(Karra only has a bit left to go)
Karra: and that will last you one day. The
following day you put fourteen cigarettes in
there.
Carrie: yeah, that's something that could be taken
down by one.
Karra: uh-huh, drop down one each day. And when
you get down to ten a day, right? You have to
fight it. It is very important to fight it because
the nicotine needs to be flushed out of the
system.
Russ: so you're talking about a fifteen day
program?
Karra: no, actually I'm talking more along the
lines of a thirty day one. Because when you reach
ten, you stay steady at ten for let's say five
days and then you start to go down again. From ten
down to five and then you hold again at five for
five days. And then you go down to two and hold
steady for a couple days on two and then you go
down to one a day and then you go down to one
occasionally and after a while occasionally
becomes infrequent to none. I've been doing some
studying on this.
Carrie: the last time I tries to do it? Mike made
me go back to smoking. Because I was so freaked
out for three days on this biggest rap....
Karra: yeah.
Carrie: I'm so emotional, I got in my car and I
started to cry.
Karra: yeah. Okay, now also what you need to do is
to change......you have cigarettes at set times.
Carrie: uh-huh.
Karra: change it.
Carrie: that's what I need to do, change the
habitual times.
Karra: uh-huh. You tell yourself I can wait a
minute. That minute goes by and wait another
minute. Okay, no more questions?
Carrie: no more questions until the next speaker
comes on.
(Kiri jumps on to get us to the next speaker)
Kiri: okay, let me put the next person on.
Russ: okay.
Carrie: hi Tia.
Kiri: noooo.
Russ: that's Kiri.
Carrie: Kiri, I get it.
(Omal comes on as the main
speaker of the night)
Omal: greetings and felicitations.
Russ: greetings Omal.
Carrie: hello Omal.
Omal: greetings, greetings and greetings.
Russ: this is Mike over there.
Omal: greetings, it is a pleasure to meet you.
Russ: all right, questions.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: my first question is........
Omal: let's have Carrie ask a question.
Russ: I'm sorry, go ahead Carrie. If you'd like to
ask a question, you may now.
Carrie: well now I feel totally stupid now.
(both Russ and Carrie start laughing)
Omal: okay, let us hear your question.
Carrie: mine or Russ'?
Omal: yours.
Carrie: mine. Just any question?
Omal: any question.
Carrie: okay. Why are so many massive disasters
increasing in the past few years?
Omal: it is because communication has become
better established so therefore disasters are
easier to be heard. Take for example disasters in
the Andes. Ten years ago, communication was not
that good for that area. Satellites did not cover
as much of your planet as they do now. Now with
telephone satellite links and fiber-optic cables,
is easier to be able to find information from
anywhere on the planet.
Carrie: so basically, the same things have of been
happening for so many years and it's been
happening for so long that we just never realized
that it was happening until the past few years.
Omal: exactly.
Russ: plus, the levels of disaster have gone up
too with the population growing at an alarming
rate. Anything that's a natural disaster, we have
got a lot more people getting killed.
Omal: news status also is getting better.
Carrie: yeah, that's true.
Russ: used to be people were dying, nobody hears
about it. That same area, the same thing happens,
you got a thousand, 10,000 people die.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: like that cloud of chlorine gas that came
out of that lake and killed 10,000 people.
Omal: yes.
Carrie: that town that got hit?
Russ: yeah, there was just chlorine gas developing
at the bottom of the lake and it was very serious.
Omal: what happened is that the lake reached a
point that the amount of chlorine in the water
needed to escape. The water was no longer able to
hold it like before and it just kept bubbling up
through.
Russ: yeah, the temperature changed.
Carrie: that's no good.
Russ: and there's many lakes in the United States
that has the same thing due to global warming. The
temperature at large in the lakes would heat up
and release the chlorine gas that's trapped
because of the cold layers and the same thing
would happen .
Omal: it depends on if it's a rapid warming. If
it's a gradual warming, the temperature slowly
settles further and further down into the lake
which means that as it sinks down, the heat
releases the gas at a steady rate as opposed to a
sudden change.
Russ: I see.
Carrie: and when that does happen, it some serious
bad gas?
Omal: yes, serious upheavals. Normally it occurs
during an Ice Age.
Carrie: so that could be into us soon.
Omal: well within next 10,000 years.
Carrie: oh right.
Russ: we've been told the pole shift can't happen
in our lifetime.
Omal: no, 10,000 years is not in your lifetime. It
is not even in a Sirian's lifetime.
Carrie: so we won't be around to see the show.
Omal: no. Okay, next question please Carrie.
Carrie: why do so many people commit their entire
lives to the next ascension?
Omal: to them, it is the way. They see that they
can no longer function on that level so therefore
they need to go elsewhere. Not necessarily to
ascend but to a new place of learning.
Carrie: so why don't they try to get to that
future?
Omal: sometimes they misunderstand what they see.
They talk about major earthquakes and so on and
how many of these people have actually been proven
correct?
Carrie: one or two. Nostradamus and Edgar Casey.
Omal: well they have been......
Carrie: not with the natural disasters.....
Omal: no.
Carrie: for most of their predictions.
Omal: yes, but the end of the world didn't happen.
Carrie: no, no it didn't.
Omal: but the end of the world would be seen as
many different possibilities. A nuclear holocaust,
the world as you know it would end. A meteor
striking your planet of a large size, that could
force your planet to end as you know it. A change
in the cycle of the sun could increase activities
and sunspots. Either an early Ice Age or an
increase in heat.
Russ: Omal?
Omal: uh-huh?
Russ: isn't it possible the end of the world is
we're taking it completely too literally?
Omal: yes.
Russ: I mean, couldn't the end of the world
actually be just the end of the way of a
lifestyle?
Omal: yes.
Carrie: my girlfriend has a real bad.......I mean
paranoia all the time.
Omal: perhaps she ought to attend one of these
sessions?
Carrie: I asked her to many times and she says
she's very interested in it but she says, and
she's admitted this to herself, that she's too
afraid. And I asked her why and she said she isn't
interested.
Omal: well tell her we are, or most of the people
up here are people like she is. If you prick
Karra, will she not bleed? If you prick Tia, does
she not bleed?
(Carrie and Russ breaks out in laughter)
Omal: sorry, I do not understand.
Carrie: I'm sorry, I totally did not mean to
laugh. That was horrible Russ.
Russ: sorry.
Omal: I do not understand.
Russ: that's all right....
Omal: okay.
Russ: just as well.
Omal: let us continue when you have regained your
composure.
Carrie: I lost track, I forgot what I was
thinking. So, I don't know, I want to help her but
I know she's only going to go at her own pace.
Omal: tell her she she has an invite to a
channeling session.
Carrie: because I mean, she's got the insight but
she so third dimensional in what she does too much
to build and weigh her down. And I don't know,
maybe I'm too concerned about people around me,
the ones that I see that have potential to go
forward, I don't want to see her regress.
Omal: no, you want to help her. It is a very
commendable thing to do.
Carrie: sometimes I'm afraid things might start
happening to my friends.
Omal: no, you have Mike to help you.
Carrie: that I do, that I do.
Omal: okay, next question.
Russ: okay, I'll go with one of mine. Okay,
yesterday I talked to a gentleman named Virgil
Armstrong.
Omal: yes, he has heard of us.
Russ: yes, he has heard of Ashtar Command. And he
mentioned a time about seven years ago when he got
a manifestation in his living room of Korton,
Monka. Now, for some reason I didn't think Korton
was able to do that.
Omal: with the aid of others he can.
Russ: oh I see, so it leads me back.
Omal: yes. The reason why it was done was we were
asked. He asked us.
Russ: oh he did? What is going on?
Carrie: I'm sorry. I had a thought but you had to
see it Omal on my face and I just started
laughing, I'm sorry.
Omal: that's quite all right, humor is a very
useful tool.
Carrie: I'm sorry. Keep going, I'll keep this
thought and then I'll ask you.
Omal: okay.
Russ: right.
Omal: so that he asked us to show him some
powerful way for him to perceive us. He was at a
crossroads in his life and it is rare that will
make the exception to the rules. But when it is
necessary, and we have weighed all the outcomes
and possibilities, we will take action.
Russ: and it will show in hindsight what is
possible with Ashtar Command.
Omal: yes.
Russ: well awesome. Not money wise of course for
information wise.
Omal: yes, that is our prime goal is for
information.
Russ: I think skip the next question for Carrie
here.
Omal: perhaps we ought to answer it before, what
is the expression? Carrie busts a gut?
Carrie: it's his fault, he's teasing me. He's
making me laugh.
Omal: sheer bliss.
Carrie: I'm sorry.
Omal: that is quite welcome. Light entertainment
is necessary sometimes.
Russ: indeed. Okay, now with Virgil Marcus
Armstrong, he has mentioned that he's too busy to
correspond with our website but he did say that if
we have any information that would benefit him,
send it to him and he will respond at that point.
So if there is a message or anything or
something......
Omal: we would pass it on directly to him but if
you wish to become involved.....
Russ: yes, some day actually.
Omal: when it is necessary to relay a message, we
will relay it to him and to you.
Russ: okay, that will help us by getting the
message in two ways.
Omal: yes, and he will know that you are not just
faking.
Russ: right.
(Russ to Carrie)
Russ: Virgil Armstrong is a gentleman working with
the government and had access to seeing how some
groups of extraterrestrials had agreements with
some of our presidents and governments.
Carrie: yeah.
Russ: right. He was one of the people that first
exposed them and he's been traveling in Europe and
the Americas on speaking tours about the same
thing and talking about Ashtar Command.
Omal: and never staying in one place long enough
in one bed.
Carrie: so he knows about us?
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: he didn't know about Hades Base though.
Omal: no.
Russ: he didn't know about you or Hades Base so I
guess I assume what he's been told.
Omal: yes, that is all we would say.
Omal: now, back to your question, before you
started......
Carrie: I was going ask you about Sananda.
Omal: uh-huh. Yes, what do you wish to know?
Carrie: what level he's from?
Omal: he's past a level nine.
Carrie: because when Russ told me about Sananda,
of course I was doubtful because that was like an
unreachable dimension. Because it was just
extremely strange Russ saying that Sananda was our
Jesus Christ.
Omal: yes, he is a level nine.
Omal: it is hard sometimes to when people say
will, you look at possibilities. Sananda was and
will be. But it is when you look at timelines, it
is hard to differentiate. Because for one part of
Sananda it hasn't happened, for another part of
him it already has, you see?
Carrie: so......
Omal: it is hard to comprehend.
Carrie: I'm almost afraid to talk about it.
Omal: try.
Russ: why?
Carrie: I don't know, just because. I was raised
with believing that Jesus Christ was Jesus Christ
as my mom said. Sananda.....
Omal: yes, but he was Jesus Christ.
Carrie: well I know but it's just really weird the
way the religion goes.
Russ: well no, because as I was taught, the fifth
dimension was, or the sixth dimension......
Omal: yes.
Carrie: it is. Not just that, is just a way of
living. But I asked Russ if he would attend our
session if it was possible.
Omal: luck. I think that Sananda being present for
a channeling session would be a once in a decade
event.
Carrie: every ten years?
Omal: yes. There again, you could get him next
week which means that you could be waiting 10
years to meet him and miss it and he was available
again next week and you wouldn't see him again for
10 years.
Russ: that's true, I've seen him twice in this
time.
Carrie: I know, I was just......
Omal: at the end of one decade and the start of a
new one.
Russ: right.
Carrie: make you go out at night.
Omal: do I have to?
Carrie: not you, Russ. I don't know, it's just
when Russ told me about it, it was phenomenal to
me because I think I've always idolized Jesus
Christ for what he was while he was here because
he spoke of love and goodness of life around love.
Basically everything we try to get to.........
Omal: yes.
Carrie: that we want to get to in your life.
Omal: which is the perfect setting up to ascend.
CarrieL yeah.
Omal: next question.
Russ: so he basically came down to third
dimension?
Omal: yes, and to teach many lessons.
Russ: I think that's a combination of his soul
names?
Omal: yes.
Russ: and Jesus Christ was just what he was called
when he was down here?
Omal: yes. It is like......many different names,
what.......
Russ: Jesus Christ is our translation of what they
called him.....
Omal: yes.
Russ: but that's not what he was called.
Carrie: but why down here on this dimension, why
do people, why is religion such a fad right now?
People are making God out to be a hateful, I don't
love you, judgmental God.
Omal: because you need fear to advance, you also
need the crutch of religion to help you.
Carrie: but I don't know, I guess I just don't
understand because I'm kind and thoughtful.
Omal: it is a reflection of the individuals.
Russ: oh, I see.
Carrie: so if I'm a hateful person......
Omal: yes.
Carrie: if I had a lot of hate inside of me.....
Omal: yes.
Carrie: I would believe that God was hateful.
Omal: yes.
Carrie: so being that I don't have a lot of hate
inside of me, I believe the opposite.
Russ: but if you were hateful and you attracted a
lot of the same people to you....
Carrie: well yes, I can speak through experience
because I have before when I was very hateful and
had a very low self-esteem and I basically didn't
believe in myself very hard at the time.
Russ: now you try a different choice.
Carrie: well yeah I did because I've made a better
life for myself.
Omal: last question please.
Russ: I don't have any.
Omal: Carrie?
Carrie: no.
Omal: Michael?
Mike: I don't know.
Omal: next time.
Mike: I know. Spur of the moment.
Omal: yes, we have......you can ask questions on
many different fields of physics. We can discuss
past, future possibilities. And Russ will explain
how in the channeling sessions how we predict the
future probabilities.
Carrie: okay, before you go, your personal opinion
on birth regressions. Taking my mind back into my
mother's womb, not my body.
Omal: for what function?
Carrie: to understand it because it's something
because my birth was an extremely painful,
very.......
Omal: it has a lot to do with your life. To
understand the experience and the process and how
it sets you up for the future.
Carrie: that's what I mean. Because my mother's
explained a lot and I just go just the whole
experience alone was traumatizing.
Omal: yes.
Carrie: I mean my birth was not normal.
Omal: it is traumatizing for all offspring. Going
from a nice, warm, comfortable environment out
into a harsh, cold environment.
Carrie: well it wasn't just my birth, it was being
inside of my mother during the pregnancy. A lot of
the different things that happened. And my mother
and I have a very strong connection now to this
day and I've often wondered if maybe that was one
of the reasons stems to why I don't get sick.(?)
Omal: it is possible, it is possible. It would be
an experience that would be worth the price.
Russ: one day I'll get the ideas of how to do it
somehow.
Omal: I'll be back.
Russ: okay, we'll be here.
Omal: Omal to enterprise, one to beam up.
Farewell.
Russ: bye.
(Tia joins the session to get us
to the end)
Tia: questions, please?
Russ: Carrie, your questions?
Carrie: so how's my astral traveling doing?
Tia: it's getting there, you're getting better.
But patience, you've got to learn how to walk
before you can run. You have to get used to the
feeling. Don't fight it. So it's a dreamy like
feeling that's nice and floaty.
Carrie: so it's just nice and floaty. Do you have
time........oh, are you going?
Tia: no.
Carrie: oh......when you have time to visit me,
can you help me to get there?
Tia: yeah.
Carrie: so I can see you?
Tia: it's a residue in your mind I assume.
Carrie: did you see what happened to me last
night, when I was holding the pistol? It was so
real. It was totally different. I had to get up
out of bed to call Russ because I was gonna wake
up Mike with it.
Tia: I was warned of the feelings.
Carrie: it wasn't me, it was a really strange
feeling. And I got really happy and I got really
happy and I started getting all excited because I
just felt happy that I had cured myself of the
warts and I'd cured myself of the thing and it
just hit me. And then I called Russ I asked him am
I slow?
Tia: what did Karra tell you that you had an
ability.
Carrie: uh-huh. But it just hit me last night that
I was holding the subconscious gun. And I said out
loud to Karra and all of a sudden it was like pow,
it did it. Because Russ had told me specifically
about the power of thought imagery. But Mira
suggested even trying to analyze my dreams and
I noticed a pattern when I did that.
Tia: sleep brings on the release of the body.
Carrie: and then when I go to sleep at night,
actually the pain in my throat and there's been
times where I woke up crying or in a cold sweat.
In my dreams they're turning out as that I'm
trying to remind myself that it's not about an
agenda.
Tia: that's right, maybe it's also reminding you
that each day is how wonderful it is and tomorrow
will be different.
Carrie: I was discovering as going to have a kid
is a prevent and then I became so afraid that if I
kept thinking about it that it would happen and
then that's another possibility. If by put another
week of my mind to that reason that I block them
out as practice. I guess I just built up this wall
because I don't want to put up with the pain.
Tia: always had to accept that as part of life.
Carrie: I just I've that feeling in my mind until
I met him, he just the first person ever opened up
to and allowed into my mind that has ever really
cared about me. I mean most of all my other
relationships, even mother, father, brother, I was
always kind of apart in my relationships. And just
I remember back to the feelings that I got from
those relationships because he's the best person
in my life, I can't imagine the other way could
be.
Tia: it's a positive.
Carrie: but I feel that as I build my personality
much stronger and a better person and I will not
attract these types of relationships to me.
Tia: yes.
Carrie: because those people that did these things
to me, I allowed them because I wasn't strong
enough to stop it. And the more that they did it
the more I allowed it.
Tia: you have to be strong enough to stand up to
your own weaknesses.
Carrie: I think I have done a really good job at
it for the past couple years alone because I have
most of my friends.
Tia: those friends that you've lost, what were
they like?
Carrie: well, they were just a group of friends
that were very mean and very abusive. I hated
myself more than anybody in the world when I
remember looking back on it. Because I thought
that was the type of person I was. I used to think
that these people could hurt me this way? If these
people said these things, then maybe it's true.
Tia: the thing is to figure out how did you use
that in the past to make you even stronger.
Carrie: well I think I have. I don't feel the need
I use to. I don't feel anger. Instead of feeling
well that person is just scum, I feel well that
person how I'll like analyze their situation and I
think well, this person is just learning a certain
type of their lesson. Their learning that right
now and apparently I came across their path for a
learning. Which takes me back to a friend who, we
been together for eighteen years and I've never
understand why. I don't trust her, she lies, she's
vindictive and she's tried many times to hurt me
many times and has succeeded. But just a few weeks
ago I realized the purpose, it just came to me.
She hurt me, or I allowed her to hurt me, I
allowed her to affect my life. And that night he
went home I was just so mad. I sat down and I
thought about it and it sort of like, "well maybe
there's something from her I have to learn". And
the next moment that happens I woke up and went.
"You know? Well sure there's things that I have to
learn from her which I have learned since I lived
with her. But it came to me, it was like, "you
know, I have to teach her".
Tia: to teach her?
Carrie: because I'm the only one strong enough in
mind and body at this point in time that will
affect her. Because I've noticed what I do and
what I say affects her tremendously. I mean she's
even admitted in our relationship that she
purposely tries to hurt me. I put up with her
jealousies, insecurities and her own fears.
Tia: the first thing to do is to break down her
fears and you break down her insecurities and then
finally, and hardest of all, you work on her
jealousy.
