SIDE
ONE
(Tia gets the night's session
going)
Russ: well, I'm not sure to say whether
congratulations or bummer, girl.
Tia: ahh, nevermind, just as well.
Russ: so, no pregnancy, huh?
Tia: no, it would've been too soon.
Russ: well, that's good, you didn't need to worry
about it.
Tia: no.
Russ: good.
Tia: picking on Mark about tea. Hah, you've got no
taste. You're not civilized.
Russ: hey, real tea has fruit in it, I'm sorry.
Tia: real tea has fruit, says who?
Russ: says me.
Tia: where does tea come from?
Russ: tea comes from India.
Tia: no it doesn't.
Russ: yes it does.
Tia: no it doesn't.
Russ: yes it does. They don't grow tea in Britain.
Tia: no, it doesn't come from India, it was planted
there by the British.
Russ: yeah, because it wouldn't grow in Britain.
Tia: uh-huh. But where does tea come from?
Russ: I don't know.
Tia: China.
Russ: China, that's right, China. Well how are you
doing darling? Been doing good?
Tia: oh, you know.
Russ: that's good.
(We hear Russ take a sip)
Russ: that's tea.
Tia: tea? Barbarian. Even on my home planet we have
something that tastes better than that. You call
that tea?
Russ: yeah, absolutely. Good tea as a matter fact.
Tia: hah.
Russ: real tea with fruit.
Tia: fruit, I hope you choke on it.
Russ: thanks Tia, I love you too darling.
Tia: huh.
Russ: okay, now, I want to talk about Durondedunn,
your mom and dad.
(Tia says something in Durondedunn)
Russ: oh, that's right, you can't go visit your mom
and dad because he says you wanted to, but you have
to switch into third dimension on Durondedunn.
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: well, that's good, you'll get more comfortable
with it.
Tia: yeah, more comfortable.
Russ: speaking of comfortable, I want to talk a
little about farsighting and comfortableness.
Tia: are you going to try Omal's experiment? When's
the next full moon?
Russ: what experiment? Oh, yeah, that's planned for
the next full moon.
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: okay, now, concerning farsighting
uncomfortableness. Okay, now, Mark mentioned
yesterday that he wasn't able to...........he wasn't
able to go to sleep as long as he was on his back.
Can't sleep on his back I guess.
Tia: hmmm.
Russ: and so me, I don't have as much trouble but I
still like to sleep on my side whenever I can.
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: so, the trick for astral projecting is just
basically to...........if you're not able to D
jump......
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: use an uncomfortable position.......
Tia: not too uncomfortable.
Russ: not too uncomfortable but.........well, yeah,
I mean like hanging upside down wouldn't be very fun
at all.
Tia: you'd be going batty.
Russ: in general. But using a uncomfortable position
as far as just laying on your back with your......
Tia: uh-huh, something you can't sleep in.
Russ: right, to keep you more aware.......
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: for your farsighting. Because I was trying
this morning....
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: with Alana and I'd be on my back, I'd want to
go on to my side because my back would be hurting
and I essentially forced myself to stay on my
back........
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: and basically what happened is, is finally I
was able to cut out the pain.
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: as I cut out the pain, it got me more in focus
with what I was doing...
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: as far as the farsighting goes.
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: so that could be a bit of a slight
breakthrough here. Do you have any other suggestions
that could go along with that, used in conjunction
possibly?
Tia: silence, earplugs.
Russ: going back to earplugs, huh?
Tia: uh-huh. No incoming sound or light.
Russ: so take the batteries out of the clock then?
Tia: yeah, for the time being. You can tinker around
with it.
Russ: also, we have finally, our catalog has finally
come in.
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: our "Tools for Exploration". And in here,
we've got our various LS devices to experiment
with.....
Tia: LS?
Russ: light, sound.
Tia: oh.
Russ: that's the one with the goggles and the
headphones.......
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: to give your brain a synchronized light pulses
with sound pulses.....
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: to put your mind into the data mode. And so
far, looking at this, there is a couple here I'm
liking but only one that really fits my price
budget.
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: and so could you tell me basically what a
binaural beat is?
Tia: no.
Russ: no?
Tia: haven't got the foggiest. Are you sure you're
pronouncing it correctly?
Russ: no.
Tia: oh.
Russ: B.I.N.A.U.R.A.L, that one.
Tia: doesn't mean anything to me.
Russ: well, thought I'd ask anyway.
Tia: you've got to remember I don't read your
language.
Russ: I thought you were learning?
Tia: yeah, but I don't read it very well.
Russ: oh. Oh anyway, tonight, I also want to work on
the correlation between Heinlein and Ashtar
Command.........
Tia: ohhh.......
Russ: well, Hades Base.
Tia: big
words, big words, correlation.
Russ: I know, doesn't it
surprise you I can use things like that?
Tia: well, I thought you were still scraping your
knuckles on the ground.
Russ: I am actually, but I read Reader's Digest word
expanding guide for correspondence.
Tia: correspondence? Correlation.
Russ: correlation
too, yeah, that's another
good one.
Tia: my, my, big, big words, Heinlein. I suppose you
could say there are some similarities and including
myself that I've heard Mark speaking to Kiri about.
Russ: well the one book I'm reading now Mark and I
were discussing that you might enjoy, it's called
"Time Enough for Love?"
Tia: nope, never heard of it.
Russ: oh, okay, that's too bad.
Tia: any more questions on astral travel?
Russ: no.
Tia: no.
(We hear Russ call for a cat)
Russ: we're trying to energize the cats.
(Tia says something to them in Durondedunn)
Tia: oh, okay.
Russ: anyway, who's up tonight?
(Kiri takes over from her triple
soul)
Kiri: I don't know Russ. She's not angry, she's just
teasing you.
Russ: I know.
Kiri: greetings.
Russ: greetings Karra. Kiri? Kiri.
Kiri: now how often does Karra open her eye and look
at you?
Russ: when you're helping her out.
Kiri: and how often do I help her out to start off
with?
Russ: I thought maybe you were trying something new.
Hi Kiri.
Kiri: hello. Greetings once again.
Russ: Kiri, I promised Mark you'd speak to him about
computers. Whether you do or not I don't know. But
the effects of computers, ours on the human
brain......
Kiri: yes, yes, I am aware and it is his own choice.
Russ: right, now do you guys solve the problem up
there, and I don't want to know how, just are you
able to......
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: fix the problem?
Kiri: yep.
Russ: okay.
Kiri: but you see, you're talking about long
exposure. You're talking three plus hours. How often
does he sit down to three hours in front of the
computer?
Russ: well, not very often I guess, though he does
come close to that sometimes. Oh, so they're talking
about people who work with computers.....
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: for a living.
Kiri: yes.
Russ: to sit in front of them, you have to deal with
the VLF science and the.........now is it radiation?
Kiri: yeah.
Russ: so it's positive ion, E.L.F frequencies
and.....
Kiri: a kind of radiation which is given off by the
screen. That's why you shouldn't sit so close to
your........
Russ: TV?
Kiri: yeah, box device with pictures.
Russ: mind melting.
Kiri: uh-huh.
(Speaking of a nearby cat)
Kiri: promise he doesn't get too close to Mark
because of the energy field. He is quite right, it
does give up negative energy.
Russ: you have to explain that to me sometimes.
Actually, tonight would be a good night.
Kiri: okay. All right, you've got Ganja right?
Russ: right.
Kiri: who is an intelligent and smart cat but isn't
very talented.
Russ: uh-huh.
Kiri: you've got Joey that's a skitty kitty but
wants to be made a fuss of, right?
Russ: right.
Kiri: and will return the kindness by being nice.
You've got Calvin who gives off lots of energy and
is quite operant, astral travels a lot. You've
got.........what's the one?
Russ: Oddball.
Kiri: Oddball that gives out negative energy also.
Russ: it does?
Kiri: uh-huh. It's a self-centered aggressive cat
that is only out for number one. And then there's
this one, that again gives off negative energy, he
wants to be the boss, he wants attention from
everybody, he'll do anything to get that attention.
You watch, see how he responds. See?
Russ: hmmm.
Kiri: but he wants to be rubbed and made a fuss of
and he'll go to any lengths, even people that don't
want him around, that push him away. See? Try to
push him away, right? He likes it. It's because he's
a self-centered cat. It's like some people. They
give off negative energy because they want to be the
center of attraction. Same as this one.
Russ: like some girls I know. Not up there of
course.
Kiri: no, okay.
Russ: how is your research going on by the way as
far with the couches on the ships?
Kiri: slowly, slowly. I more focusing on storage of
mental information.
Russ: okay. All right, now, we're working as I
mentioned to Tia of course on what we talked about a
couple weeks on the light, sound devices.
Kiri: who's we?
Russ: Mark and me.
Kiri: oh, okay.
Russ: and with that in mind, it's a technology
centered area that I wanted to put a little
questions to you about since you were working on
something quite similar just in a different more
high-tech way.
Kiri: oh, you mean for the hammocks?
Russ: right.
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: okay, now this is pretty I guess
primitive.......
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: as far as that all goes but that's only
because it doesn't have all the input that......
Kiri: well, it's not connected that closely to the
brain. It doesn't sit on the scalp.
Russ: right, it has no input actually....
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: except from the machine that is programmed to
do what it's supposed to do.
Kiri: that primitive?
Russ: yep.
Kiri: okay.
Russ: it has no input coming from your brain
whatsoever......
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: it can only get input from the control device.
Now with that, of course, you can set the different
frequencies.......
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: and programs to stimulate the various.....
Kiri: well, if it was getting input, you'd be able
to do that with your mind.
Russ: right, if you could do it with that input.
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: but it doesn't.
Kiri: you know, there would be a way of doing that
but it would take quite a bit of electronic
equipment. If I got your technology right, what you
would do is, you would have things that read your
brain waves, right?
Russ: we actually do have that.
Kiri: that is mounted to your head, right? And by
concentrating, a particular wave would trigger a
change in the frequency.
Russ: take a look at this. You can open your eyes
up. Up there in the right-hand corner? The thing
that says biofeedback there.
Kiri: something similar to that, yeah. You'd have to
read it to me, but at moment time is short.
Russ: with something like that, you can monitor the
brain waves......
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: and then have that fed into what your
programming through.
Kiri: yeah. By using your mind to trigger a
particular thought program.
Russ: oh, I see. Hmmm, okay. One more question on
that is when you're working with the helmets.......
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: and designing them to read the memories.....
Kiri: yeah.
Russ: okay? You're recording those......
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: but the problem is that with this, what we're
doing is similar in the fact that we're recording
our memories of the experience onto our own
recorders which is inside of our brains.
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: and so with these machines, to find the
optimum frequency that puts you into a correct
mode......
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: can you use your memory then to stimulate that
same.....?
Kiri: yes, yes, it takes a little bit of time and
practice but basically, yes.
Russ: okay. So actually, you're going to have to do
a lot of brain work with this......
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: to make it work.
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: but with the appropriate synapses
functioning......
Kiri: correct.
Russ: you could do it.
Kiri: yes.
Russ: all right, good. Well darling, good luck on
your pregnancy coming up or hopefully it'll get
there.
Kiri: yes, now that we've got that sorted out.
Russ: right. Oh, Mark and I were talking about the
gene pool.....
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: being not that healthy with all of us being in
the same family.
Kiri: you're not.
Russ: no, but I ,mean you, Karra, Alana......
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: are all in the same family.
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: Mark and I have children from all of you.
Kiri: you don't have any children from me.
Russ: no, Mark does.
Kiri: yeah, I know, I'm teasing. It's healthy
enough.
Russ: so, my children from Alana, Alana could mate
with Alex and not have any problems?
Kiri: hmmmm.
Russ: they're cousins.
Kiri: yeah.
Record yeah, it be okay?
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: cousins.
Kiri: yeah, cousins.
Russ: okay, so....
Kiri: it's perfectly healthy.
Russ: all right.
Kiri: don't you worry your little brains about it
little that they are.
(Russ chuckles)
Kiri: oh well, any more questions?
Russ: not the moment darling. We'll catch up with
you later.
Kiri: yeah, I've got things to attend to.
Russ: have fun.
(Tia covers things
until Omal speaks)
Russ: hi Tia.
Tia: who's he hissing at?
Russ: Calvin.
Tia: oh. See, I told you, I told you. You won't
listen to me, won't listen to me, uh-uh.
Russ: well, but that's all right.
Tia: shock, horror. Any astral travel questions?
Russ: just sails in space.
Tia: sails in........oh yes. Okay, now, it is
possible to travel very fast, approaching about half
the speed of light by building a huge sail and
firing a laser beam of light at that sail, right?
Russ: uh-huh.
Tia: and what happens........or a particle beam
might work just as well, is that the beam hitting
the sail does what?
Russ: push it.
Tia: exactly.
Russ: it'd have to be a pretty wide beam.
Tia: no, the tighter the better.
Russ: what?
Tia: the tighter the better.
Russ: why?
Tia: because there is more energy focused on a small
point which pushes harder.
Russ: so why use such a wide beam sail?
Tia: to displace all the energy.
Russ: oh, it displaces it.
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: oh, I see, it spreads out from there.
Tia: yeah. If you use lots of lasers, right?
Russ: uh-huh.
Tia: all focused on a common point, or on points of
the sail, it pushes it faster still.
Russ: oh, I see. But what about problems with space
debris, meteorites, tiny........
Tia: you have little zappers for that.
Russ: oh, to take them out before they get there?
Tia: uh-huh, yeah.
Russ: oh. Okay, fair enough, it's a good idea. All
right, that's all I have for now.
Tia: that's not a new idea.
Russ: I'm sure it's been used for science fiction
things.
Tia: most science fiction is based on science
possibility, and you can quote me on that.
Russ: okay, I will.
(Omal is the night's main
speaker)
Omal: greetings and felicitations.
Russ: greetings Omal.
Omal: greetings.
Russ. All right. Well our work tonight is on a few
various fields all converging into one. First part
of the few questions I want to get into.......
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: is electromagnetic fields that surround us
already.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: and when I say that, I'm talking about any
current going through any wire will create an
electromagnetic field.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: now having the tape recorder sitting here next
to you and the wire coming off that runs it........
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: means we are already putting electromagnetic
fields into the pyramid.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: now how does this affect the pyramid field?
Omal: it changes it slightly.
Russ: okay. And then we have of course cords all
around us.......
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: in the walls and stuff putting off their own
fields.......
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: and so us being exposed to all of this
electromagnetic activity, does it have a beneficial
or harmful effects on the human body?
Omal: it depends on the intensity and the amount of
voltage involved.
Russ: okay. I suppose that can all be measured.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: if it was found to be harmful, would you have
to turn some stuff off?
Omal: yes. But you're talking about many hundreds of
volts.
Russ: oh.
Omal: even thousands before becomes really harmful.
Russ: oh, so we're still okay.
Omal: uh-huh. You'd have to combine all........all
your electrical inputs that you have in this house
into a very tiny space to reach a dangerous point.
Russ: oh, I see.
Omal: okay, let us continue.
Russ: okay, the next question I have is on (?).
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: and there, we were checking out the magnets in
their pyramids....
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: the hanging thing? I never got to find out
what the final prognosis.......
Omal: okay, there is an energy field there, a
definite energy field. There was a definite healing
field.
Russ: uh-huh.
Omal: it's intensity and focusing needs to be
adjusted, but that is for them to do. I don't think
they will accept our advice anyway.
Russ: no, I'm afraid not.
Omal: the setup is primitive. I do not understand
her interest in marketing this stuff. It is
knowledge and knowledge should be spread.
Russ: yes, and I agree with that, but......
Omal: knowledge is more priceless than any gem on
your planet.
Russ: she can see the fields in it.....
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: so you would think that she would then try to
make any corrections in the fields to bring up the
power more and to give it more focusing power I
suppose.
Omal: she sees energy fields, yes certainly. But
knowing enough information on how they work is
different. Lack of knowledge.
Russ: so she can't see the magnetic fields?
Omal: she probably can.
Russ: oh, I see.
Omal: but knowing how to focus them for maximum
efficiency....
Russ: uh-huh.
Omal: takes trial and error and experimentation.
Russ: hmmm, okay. Now, how can we go about putting
those into effect with our pyramid here and
achieving results similar or better than what she's
getting?
Omal: at present I wouldn't concern yourself too
much about it.
Russ: okay. So maintain the current status quo we've
got going.
Omal: yes, uh-huh.
Russ: in that same vein then with our uses as far as
magnets being negligle right now, I wanted ask about
the.....
Omal: negligible.
Russ: thank you......I couldn't get that past you,
could I? Working on the free energy device with
magnets....
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: and I'm wondering if those magnets they were
using would be adequate for the task?
Omal: no.
Russ: use regular north-south magnets then?
Omal: hmmm.
Russ: put one on each pole kind of thing?
Omal: experimentation would be better. If we told
you how to, then it would defeat the object of
learning.
Russ: oh, okay. All right, fair enough. Now,
question about a mutual acquaintance.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: coming to visit for the
summer.
Omal: uh-huh, looking forward to it.
Russ: yes, it will impact our learning.
Omal: it is a long time since we have had a chance
to communicate with Linda.
Russ: yes. In fact, when did.....? Oh yeah, she was
at the channeling session with Roger and that group.
Omal: uh-huh, yes.
Russ: okay. And questioning potentials. You've met
her before and if potentials are available to be
given out now great, otherwise we'll wait.
Omal: we will wait. It is necessary to analyze her
more.
Russ: I see.
Omal: before, she was not that much of a subject.
This time, with the aid of other people here we will
be able to monitor her and come up with a program
for her.
Russ: oh good, excellent.
Omal: I hope my sense of humor is improving.
(Russ starts laughing)
Omal: I think I remember something about a sense of
humor.
Russ: absolutely.
Omal: yes.
Russ: and I'm sure you've had lots of time to work
on it, I think it's gotten quite better. I remember
you were trying to make yourself more human the last
time you......
Omal: yes.
Russ: hence, "I'll be back".
Omal: and "one to beam up".
Russ: it's gone quite the distance I'd say.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: oh yes, lecture series of brochures just came
in the mail today.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: one of them is put out a lecture by someone
called Ashtar Athena.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: waste of money, some good information
possibly?
Omal: possibly some good information.
Russ: okay. Her subject, if I can get this right
is.......ahh, here we go, Ashtar Command ascension
update.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: so I would assume that is on the latest things
going on......
Omal: probably.
Russ: that has been channeled through.
Omal: hmmm.......
Russ: or is she a channel? I mean I never heard of
this girl until now.
Omal: what is her name?
Russ: Ashtar Athena? I mean that's her name. Or it
could be a guy's name for all I know.
Omal: uh-huh. That is a possibility.
Russ: that is a possibility, it doesn't say. We've
got a possible start.
Omal: we're being very coy. It is necessary
sometimes to aid in the learning process to be coy.
Russ: okay, fair enough.
Omal: okay, let us continue.
Russ: oh, Heinlein. You heard me talking to Tia
about Heinlein and the correspondences......no, oh
okay.
Omal: Kiri. No, it was....
Russ: Tia.
Omal: ah, yes.
Russ: okay. The current book I'm working on, called
"Time Enough for Love".......
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: it's talking about Lazarus Long's future in
his later years on the planet Secundus.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: and there, the person Chairman Pro Term of the
Howard families of which Lazarus Long is a part of
numbering in the millions and millions, is a
gentleman named Ira Howard the 45th.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: and he is the planetary leader of the whole
planet of a million people or so. And talking to
this guy is amazingly similar to talking to you as a
matter-of-fact or listening to the
conversations.......
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: on the fact of how he doesn't run the planet
actually, a number of people actually run it along
with the help of a very powerful computer.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: and I was like going, Omal, what a
coincidence!!!" But I was wondering, it's just that
it's curious that there's so much similarities and I
thought.........
Omal: there are less than you think.
Russ: but I thought you might want to, if you get
ever a chance........
Omal: I'm a little too busy to indulge in fanciful
literature.
Russ: good point. Which reminds me, how was "Star
Trek?"
Omal: I haven't had a chance to view it yet.
Russ: okay. My last question for you this evening is
working with the LS devices.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: the light, sound machine program. And we
talked about that before about the possibilities
that are available to it.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: and I was talking to Kiri in regards to using
our brain to program in repeated highly beneficial
experiences.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: now with that, I wanted to go into it with you
real quick on how the brain is able to respond to
these........
Omal: it is lulling the mind into a state by using
light which stimulates rapid eye movement. That you
already know, correct?
Russ: no, I didn't actually.
Omal: it stimulates the necessary state for rapid
eye movement.
Russ: I see. And I believe we talked about that you
are conscious during this period.
Omal: yes.
Russ: so essentially what you are getting is a......
Omal: lucid dream.
Russ: lucid dream while awake.
Omal: yes.
Russ: okay. Isn't that like parallel with the astral
projection we're working on?
Omal: you can use it to help you in that aid.
Russ: hmmm. Well, that is what I was wondering is,
what is the brain doing while this is going on? What
is the potentials, what can the brain do while this
is.......?
Omal: what do you wish to do? That is a rhetorical
question.
Russ: what can't I want it to do? Okay, we talked
about self-healing.......
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: I'll go in to Karra with this actually a
little bit more about working with others on this.
Omal: okay.
Russ: but let's take it a little more then from
where you can help me out on this
is...............okay, you've established the rapid
eye movement, lucid dream when you're in a conscious
state.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: okay. Now, with that, let's take, well
shielding......
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: let's go into shielding.
SIDE
ONE ENDS
|
SIDE TWO
(Omal returns to the topic)
Omal: your abilities for shielding, yes?
Russ: the enhancement of.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: and how would you...........or I should say,
would they be enhanced then?
Omal: you can enhance them by putting yourself in
your mind control state and then subjecting
yourself to every conceivable attack that you can
think of.
Russ: oh.
Omal: by experimenting with different types of
attack and penetrating your screen yourself, you
know where your weak points are so those weak
points can be worked upon and shored up to become
more secure.
Russ: I see, okay. Then let's go into the next
phase of that which would be visualization........
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: add lucid dreaming.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: and one of the parts about lucid dreaming is
the fact that whatever you visualize is much more
real..........
Omal: yes.
Russ: because you're in that state.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: would that then mean for visualization that
you're using would be become a more
realistic.......
Omal: yeah.
Russ: experience?
Omal: yes.
Russ: so you could visualize your shields......
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: in their full corporal reality.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: okay. And this of course would correspond
with manifestation capabilities.
Omal: uh-huh, correct.
Russ: okay. Then, let's go in if we could then to
the next phase of that which would be the
meta-concert abilities.
Omal: at this time it would not be advisable to
work on meta-concert with that......
Russ: okay.
Omal: until you have full control. So therefore,
it is necessary to avoid discussion on this.
Russ: I won't discuss it at all.
Omal: okay.
Russ: we'll wait, because of course this is all
for later experimentation anyway.
Omal: uh-huh, yes. When we come to that, we will
tell you when you are ready.
Russ: fair enough. Then to take this to a couple
more steps on through the various psychic
abilities.....
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: telepathy?
Omal: no.
Russ: no go. Okay, PK?
Omal: in your dreamlike state to work on it, yes,
but to put into fact and reality it could be
harder.
Russ: okay. Because as I remember in some of my
lucid dreams I have used PK.
Omal: yes.
Russ: and so.......
Omal: it is breaking through from one to the
other, that is where the hard work comes. You can
dream it, you can analyze it and figure out how
you do it in your dreams and work from there.
Russ: right.
Omal: but to be able to do instantaneously, no, it
is not a shortcut.
Russ: okay. Well one part of it might be, and that
is the fact that when you use something like this,
your brain is seeing the effects of you doing this
in your lucid dreaming state. Therefore, are you
then expanding those avenues and the abilities?
Omal: no, you are reasoning it out how to do it.
Putting it into practice and expanding those
abilities is different. You know how to do it, but
supplying the energy and expanding is where the
work comes in.
Russ: I see. Now, in virtualization, you can
create the energy that you need or see it around
you and harness it as needed.
Omal: uh-huh, yes.
Russ: okay, so to increase the energy in a
visualization state and then put it into
real-life, you would have to be able to......
Omal: yes.
Russ: see it with your lucid dreaming and then,
when you're out of the experience, put it to work
with your mind's eye from that experience.
Omal: correct.
Russ: well I'm not looking for a major shortcut on
PK, I'd just like to have some positiveness.......
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: a positive reinforcement to go by.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: because it's tough to get a positive
reinforcement when you can't get any reinforcement
whatsoever.
Omal: time and patience.
Russ: okay.
Omal: at the start you said all these things would
merge. I do not see where they have merged.
Russ: well in the fact that visualization is the
key to all of it.
Omal: I do not see that healing magnets merge with
light, sound.
Russ: yes, but that doesn't mean that they won't
someday.
Omal: because at the start you said your questions
would all merge into one point.
Russ: you know, I really thought they would too. I
thought we were onto something, but I like the
possibilities anyway. And I am going to discuss
with Karra......
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: and before I get to her and she says, "well,
you should have asked Omal", I'll ask you real
quickly on ozone......
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: and the ability and positive qualities of it
and the production of..........
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: should I wait for her or should I talk to
you about it now?
Omal: it is best to save it for later on.
Russ: save for Karra.
Omal: well, for later on.
Russ: you mean later like in the future......?
Omal: next channeling session.
Russ: oh, okay, fair enough.
Omal: okay.
Russ: thank you very much Omal.
Omal: you're welcome.
Russ: okay.
Omal: just making a comment about Dr. McCoy? His
eyebrow goes....
Russ: oh yes.
Omal: does it not?
Russ: it does.
Omal: I lack the muscle control to do so.
Russ: "dammit Jim".
Omal: this is very illogical Russ.
Russ: good point.
Omal: if I did use the muscles, I would make my or
Mark's ears pointed.
Russ: well, thank you Omal for your time, I
appreciate it. See you Friday.
Omal: okay.
(Tia comes back for the speaker transition)
Russ: hello Tia.
Tia: hello.
(Tia says something in Durondedunn)
Russ: well tell him hi.
Tia: who?
Russ: Calvin.
Tia: why?
Russ: in case he makes it up there and you stumble
across him in the hallway.
Tia: yes, right.
Russ: I figure he might be following you back up
after you're done channeling.
Tia: but I'm already up here.
Russ: oh, that's right. He came down for the
channeling session.
Tia: uh-huh, occasionally, when you guys least
expect it. To quote Mark, expect the unexpected.
Russ: why, is Ashtar in tonight?
Tia: nooooooooo.
Russ: just kidding. Anyway, oh by the way, you
heard me talk about the speaker called Ashtar
Athena about speaking on Ashtar Command?
Tia: hmmm.
Russ: what do you think, boy or girl, I mean man
or woman?
Tia: woman, is my personal opinion. How does that
poem goes? The Raven sitting, sitting on the
pallid bust of Athena above my chamber door with
the eyes of a demon that is dreaming, nevermore?
Russ: nevermore.
Tia: did I get it right?
Russ: I think so, I can't remember it word for
word so I don't know. It's better than I can do.
Tia: the tap, tap, tap at my chamber door?
Russ: you've got the nevermore part down, that's
for sure.
Tia: uh-huh. To read it, you need a shovel to dig
into the ground.
Russ: I'll go with that.
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: okay love, that's all I've have for now
until you come on again.
Tia: okay.
Russ: okay.
Tia: I'm out of here.
Russ: right.
(Karra is the final speaker of
the night)
Karra: hmm?
Russ: Karra?
Karra: of course.
Russ: of course. Just had to make sure.
Karra: Kiri turns and looks at you and opens one
eye.
Russ: I know, but I'm always hoping it's you
surprising me sometime.
Karra: still haven't figured out how I did it that
time.
Russ: Kiri was saying he was unconscious.
Karra: possibly. Hello, greetings.
Russ: hi.
Karra: formal introductions and everything.
Russ: okay, so one of my questions I'm saving till
next time.
Karra: okay.
Russ: and, so, let's go into my darling and thank
you today for all your help.
Karra: oh, you're welcome.
Russ: green tabs.......
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and the benefits of the wheatgrass tablets
I'm taking.
Karra: how do you feel?
Russ: no different, but that's what I mean. It
could be so subtle that I.....
Karra: it is a long-term thing.
Russ: oh, it is?
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: I mean I was like hoping for
instantaneous...........
Karra: no, that's your problem sometimes, is
that's what you expect.
Russ: well........
Karra: always so much in a hurry to get to where
you're going that you miss the scenery.
Russ: that's true. I mean, as much as I want to
get to Hades Base, all the stuff I've got to
learn.....
Karra: you have to stop and smell the roses.
Russ: right.
Karra: look at the scenery,
you can learn a lot. Instead of belting along
wanting to get to the Grateful Dead concert and to
listen to some nice songs, look at the scenery.
Russ: you're right.
Karra: but also keep your hands on the wheel and
your eyes on the road?
Russ: uh-huh. Okay, so I shall stop and smell the
green tabs.
Karra: that sounds very strange.
Russ: it does sound very strange.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: oh, did Alana make it tonight?
Karra: no, she's taking a nap.
Russ: oh.
Karra: she's tired.
Russ: okay. Then I'll ask you a couple of
questions I had for her.
Karra: okay.
Russ: one of which was, had a dream last night
about teaching.
Karra: uh-huh, in a prison?
Russ: yeah, in a prison and she was going over
that with me.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: I thought since you and I are so connected,
you might have tapped in........
Karra: I know about you dreaming that you were
teaching in a prison. You were
visiting.........who were you visiting?
Russ: that's a good question. I wonder if you
might be able to fill me in a little on that one.
I can't remember.
Karra: it wasn't the young boy that used to live
here.....
Russ: David.
Karra: I it wasn't your friend from Sedona.
Russ: Johnny.
Karra: no. Who was it? It was somebody that had a
full beard?
Russ: yeah.
Karra: and brains(?). I don't know if it was one
your friends.
Russ: there was a girl there that I was
specifically trying to get to to teach. She told
me her name and I forgot it.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: I kept trying to remember it but I couldn't.
And then there was two guys I was trying to teach,
one of them more than the other.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: it was two people I can think of, one an old
friend and one I don't know except by reputation
would be Jerry Garcia.......
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and the other one would be Ray from way, way
back.
Karra: what if you combined the two and then split
them apart again?
Russ: yeah, that would be about......
Karra: because you're right, the person with the
brown hair and the beard does look a lot like
Jerry.
Russ: yeah. One of the things I wanted to do, pass
on.......
Karra: this isn't the first time you've dreamed
about Jerry, isn't it?
Russ: no, no. In fact, yeah, I remember that one
dream, real, real lucid dream........
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: in which they were playing and Jerry and his
wife were friends of mine but he just got
married.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: it was his third marriage. Still, it was
like we were all good friends.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: but......
Karra: don't get your hopes up on the concert.
Russ: no, I'm not going to try to get a backstage
pass.
Karra: anyway, carry-on.
Russ: the teaching part of it.......
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: that was a part about talking about my
communication skills.
Karra: uh-huh, working on your communications,
very necessary.
Russ: absolutely. And I'm not sure what the
message was....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: on whether I was approaching it too strongly
or not strong enough.
Karra: uh-huh. Probably too strongly. And what
Carrie said last week is quite true, some people
are not great with conflict(?). Take.......let me
see, Michael. I see I raised a chuckle.
Russ: okay, so it's a matter of time.
Karra: correct.
Russ: see, that's why I trust on you.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: you have so much good advice for me in such
situations right right be much more attentive to
your....
Karra: uh-huh, yes. Change you ever so very, very
slowly bit by bit. No more weed........
Russ: no.........
Karra: that's the first step.
Russ: we're doing good on that.
Karra: uh-huh. Okay, let us continue.
Russ: you discussed last week.......
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: the free energy magnets.
Karra: sorry? Yes I did.
Russ: I hope you did.
Karra: you mean magnets going around like that and
then spinning in the center?
Russ: right, absolutely.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and Alana and I were working on some
applications of that.......
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and how they could be approached from a
worldwide view.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and the thing we came up with.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: was the fact that they could be used to
power a car if you had three or four of them.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and you had enough energy going through.
Karra: it's all to do with wheels, gearing and
cogs.
Russ: right. And it would take somebody with more
technology than I have, but, being able to put the
power in....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: is the key. And since we already have
electrical cars running off of solar
batteries......
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: all we need to do is make the necessary
changeover.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and that could be done once you have the
capital built up and you could do this. Now the
question I have got, and we'll see how grey this
gets, putting this into application would have a
huge, huge repercussions upon not only the world
at large......
Karra: uh-huh, yes.
Russ: but our lives.....
Karra: the energy system.
Russ: the energy system. So the question I've got
is, when we are able to apply this.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: do we keep a low profile, maintain a
semblance of.....
Karra: who's we?
Russ: Mark and I, since he would be directly
affected by this. We'll leave that for now.....
Karra: okay.
Russ: we'll work on something else. I don't want
to go too much over that.....
Karra: don't want to get me into trouble like you
got Kiri into trouble.
Russ: Kiri got herself into trouble.
Karra: true.
Russ: okay. Oh, Linda.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: you never met her except through my mind
when we met at Linda's.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: how do you like her?
Karra: I reserve my judgment. I don't want to be
too rash and dive in feet first like some people I
know up here.
Russ: uh-huh, okay. Now, I want to work with a
little bit on healing....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and everything. And with the LS devices and
working with the benefits and possible
applications of such.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and with Omal we were talking about going
into an REM lucid dreaming state.
Karra: uh-huh. Okay, healing and light and sound.
You can do self-healing....
Russ: yes, we.......
Karra: which can help you to advance on knowledge
of your body.....
Russ: right.
Karra: which in turn helps your advancement on
knowledge on other people's bodies.
Russ: okay.
Karra: such as learning where all your various
bones are. Being actually able to visualize them,
you run through a program of visualizing damage
and how you would use energy to repair it.
Russ: hmmm.
Karra: and seeing the effect. First of all, laying
out the groundwork for a basis on the effect that
tissue has on regeneration on damaged tissue. How
it quickly regenerates and repairs itself. And
then you can work out how quickly it would occur
by using your energy.
Russ: hmmm, I see.
Karra: in other words, what you can do is in this
state you can accelerate time and see how quickly
something would heal and then you re-create that
exact same wound and apply mind energy and see how
it heals.
Russ: hmm.
Karra: then, you can go and try it on a patient or
yourself. For example, deliberately cutting your
finger and using your mind to focus on it. Let's
say when you're using your light, sound
thingy........
Russ: uh-huh.
Karra: that you cut your finger.
Russ: right.
Karra: right? And you see how quickly it would
heal on its own and then by using your mind. Then,
you actually do it, cut your finger and see what
how quickly your mind can work on healing it.
Russ: I see. Now, in working with somebody else,
would they put this on or would you do it with you
having it on?
Karra: you would put it on them to start off with
to help them to be able to visualize and supply
the energy. You can't communicate can you in that?
Russ: actually you can.
Karra: well, then you will talk them through it.
Russ: I see. Also it would enable them to
relax.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and put them in a receptive mode.
Karra: yes, and then you can also supply energy.
The combined energy is greater.......the sum is
greater than the parts.
Russ: hmm. Let's take an example. What about like
say Mark's knee.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and let's say I go through and I learn all
about my knee.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and all the details necessary to dive into
there.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: then, putting Mark into the same frame.....
Karra: uh-huh, you know how to to do it. You are
programmed on how to supply the energy. You can
talk him into a state where he is receptive, and
the both of you can then work on it together.
Russ: I see.
Karra: but not in a meta-concert, you'd have to
work from opposite ends.
Russ: right, but that's just an example.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: okay.
Karra: in fact at the moment it means working on
draining the energy up here or its draining the
energy from him.
Russ: the knee?
Karra: yeah.
Russ: tonight?
Karra: I don't think tonight would be a good time.
Russ: okay. Now, Mark's dreams of healing....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: he told me to keep track......
Karra: yes, have you?
Russ: yes.
Karra: how detailed?
Russ: well, it's tough to get details out of Mark
about his dreams because he doesn't remember them
that well.
Karra: hmmm.
Russ: what he did remember was he was dreaming
someone had had a fracture.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and he placed the hands on the fracture and
then saw.....
Karra: that's not quite what I wanted to program
in. It seems I got some refining to do.
Russ: oh.
Karra: but you remember how we used our hands to
heal, help heal Carrie's knees?
Russ: uh-huh.
Karra: and how are they?
Russ: she said they're doing great.
Karra: uh-huh. That's what we were trying to get
is a program for him to focus the energy and be
able to explain it and pass it on but it seems
like he's not a very good subject.
Russ: well, that's all right. Why don't you just
program it into me?
Karra: hmm, we could try, but you're already a
healer.
Russ: yeah, but it would certainly help me to
expand my work with it......
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and then I can pass it on from there.
Karra: yeah, we could try that. It was just that
we wanted to get him to start to be able to
self-healing with the information that he has.
Russ: that by talking about it, I was hoping that
we could drag it here obviously he doesn't have a
very good memory of his dreams sometimes.
Russ: well, maybe this will queue him in to his
existence.
Karra: uh-huh, hopefully.
Russ: okay. On the same topic then.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: when we're working with energy in that frame
of mind.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: it would be almost the same in that he, in
his dream state, and he says this is very
lucid.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: saw himself putting his hands and working
the energy in to complete the fracture.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and to meld it together.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and when he saw that, it was like he was
really doing it.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: okay.......
Karra: in his dream he was but he wasn't working
on his body.
Russ: right, but in the dream he was doing it on
somebody else.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: now, when I'm
working with the LS device.....
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: I'm going to be getting the same sort......
Karra: yes, you're going to be conscious.
Russ: right.
Karra: you're going to be able to interact.
Russ: right, I'll be able to interact......
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and be able to visualize what I want to work
with and then see it in my mind.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and then apply it in the physical sense.....
Karra: how many questions have you got?
Russ: I'm through.
Karra: oh, that's fortunate because somebody's
just loaded his diaper.
Russ: oh, okay. Oh, shit.
Karra: yes, basically. I didn't say that.
Russ: no, I know, that's why I said it. You're too
much of a lady.
Karra: oh, thank you. Well, I think that's about
it.
Russ: that's it?
Karra: well, you've got any more questions?
Russ: no.
Karra: oh well. Nobody else here apart from Tia
who's ring mistress. Oh well, I'll see you later
and I've got to take this little one off to get
his......get him deloaded.
Russ: okay.
(Tia closes out the night)
Russ: hi Tia.
Tia: hi. Just coming in to say it's all over and,
what would you say if it was a recording? That's a
wrap.
Russ: that's a wrap.
Tia: that's a wrap, cut.
Russ: okay love, have a good night.
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: killing the tape.
THE TAPE ENDS
